Zach texted my husband back and forth, they spoke once, and we were emailed listings of houses. My husband expressed interest in traveling from NY to Maryland to view some homes. My husband asked when Zach would be available. Zach stated that he was free after 1pm the following day so that we could see houses. My husband sent text messages to Zach to confirm an exact time to meet with Zach to view homes. Zach never responded back at all. We literally was in Maryland from NY thinking that we'd connect with Zach. But sadly, Zach ghosted us. That was very unprofessional and very wrong considering the great distance we traveled to get to Maryland. Zach never explained anything. That was absolutely awful! How can you totally ignore someone like that?! There's no excuse at all. A text takes seconds to explain any situation. I would never recommend Zach Hayes as a realtor to anyone! We ended up contacting another realtor named Bill Rossi who coincidentally also works for Cummings & Co. Bill assisted us right away.
