I rented with them for almost 3 years. I was never late on rent. I had a bad experience from the…read morestart. What drew me to the place was the amenities. We immediately moved into the home hoping to use the washer and dryer found out the dryer was broken. We asked for them to fix it was told if we wanted to use it we had to fix it. Things were done poorly. The medicine cabinet with all our products fell off the wall in the middle of the night they never came to fix it. The toilet broke due to some Oreo costing issue they Ofcourse charged us to fix it . And finally the move out process. Our rent was $1000 but because it was our first time renting we were required to pay $1300 security deposit. Even though the house was left in good condition per the contract they sent us a check for only $105....I hate to call out by name but the woman Darcy who works there seems nice she's forgetful and is late to take of what's needed. She pushed off all the closing responsibilities causing my check to exceed the LEGAL 30 day limit to return my remaining security deposit. And charges were so loaded it's ridiculous. Not to mention that some of the services(such as the pet carpet treatment) was not completed! Don't rent through these people!
