What a GORGEOUS location!! We called about a week before and were very excited to hear they had openings. The gentleman we spoke with was excited we had a small enough trailer to fit into space 58, which is in the back corner along the coast. The space was very easy to get in to and the hookups were simple. Bathrooms are VERY clean and the entire site is spotless. We loved the proximity to the Noyo River Grill when we didn't feel like cooking. What made it a 5/5 was how sweet the staff is. We arrived the morning after we were supposed to check in due to trailer connection issues and they waived our first night fee. Thank you guys!! read more

While RVing North up the PCH we arrived in Fort Bragg late in the afternoon. We were searching for an RV park with a nice view and happened upon Harbor RV park. Although the office had closed they had easy instructions for late arrivals. I looked as the paperwork that was left for those not arrived yet to see what spots were previously reserved and found a great one with a view not taken yet. Hookups were easy, grounds were clean, people were friendly and out our back window was a paved walkway along the cliffs with a fantastic view. We only stayed one night but would go back again. read more

Located above the cliffside where the Noyo River meets the Pacific Ocean, this RV park can't be beat for the view. We arrived after the office closed and departed in the morning before they opened. No worries, my welcome packet was waiting on the office door when we arrived. I was assigned a nice spot backed up to the park and while it wasn't a huge space, it was what I requested. I don't need a sewer hookup or fresh water as my Sprinter van is self-contained. The power outlet was all and that was great. Nice level spot, the bathhouse was pretty good and being this far away from the roadside was quiet. I would absolutely stay here again. My wife and I have been up and down the California Coast, visiting several RV parks, and our recent stay at Harbor RV Park ranks right at the top! After arriving slightly after office hours, the staff made it very easy with our instructions left at the door! I stopped in the office the next morning, and the lady in the office was very pleasant! Parking is super easy with lots of room! The park is clean and quiet, and the bathrooms are clean as well! The view, the coastal sounds, and easy access to a beautiful walk are all unmatched! Fort Bragg is such a nice community with plenty to do, and Mendocino is only a very short drive down the road! We will definitely be back! read more

I'll say the RV park is very clean & well kept. Location is cool aside from being kind of close to the hwy. All the RV spots are packed in pretty tight, not much room for camp compared to others I've stayed at in the area. Probably would have gave 3-4 stars if it wasn't for the very unfriendly staff. The lady is extremely unpleasant and made us feel unwelcome and want to leave. Not family friendly or pet friendly in my opinion. If you plan to just sit in your RV the whole trip maybe it'll work for you. But I'll personally take my business elsewhere in the area for the same price. read more

I just would like to say I have stayed at Harbor RV many times over the past 10 years. It is the most convenient park in the whole area to get my Prevost Marathon bus into. The location is right on the bluff centrally located in Fort Bragg Ca. There are walking trails with spectacular views right from the park. It's an older park and the spaces are dirt/grass and pretty level. They have 30amp power and 110 in addition they have water & dump, cable and wifi. As for the staff... The manager, Bill is actually a very hard working and genuinely a very compassionate person. Treat him with respect and Bill will do anything he can to help you. Over my years of visiting Fort Bragg I am very proud to say he is a good man and a dear friend. PS Bring a treat for Ace the Pit Bull office dog. He is the sweetest Pit Bull you will ever meet. read more

Scary Place Police Were Called On Management For Ganging Up On Some Poor Guy Who Parked A Little Funny. I Was An Eyewitness For Police. The poor guy was bleeding & dirty and had to pull a hunting knife(while calling 911) to protect himself from the managers. I have never seen such anger and intent to do harm over something so trivial as parking funny. The police arrived and the guy was cleared of all charges..and left on his way. Seems that the owners or whoever hate people with money, So if you have a big rig you will be treated like crap. As an avid yelper I read the reviews and despite the comments about the old man being a mean person and the complaints about having to pull a knife for protection, the environment is welcoming; Billy is an awesome man filled with meaningful conversation and his trusty sidekick, Ace, are a special treat that gives this place a great atmosphere! From the start of our stay we have received nothing but kindness and small knowledge filled treasures! The place itself is located beautifully on the harbor with wonderful views and a walking trail. We are staying in the North Noyo RV Park, which is owned by Harbor RV. Noyo RV is down below the bridge, Harbor RV is at the level of the bridge on the south end. N. Noyo is not a pretty park, but the utilities are good (50amp, water, sewer, no cable), the wifi is fast and unlimited, the site is a bit rough but it is quiet and there are nice walks near by. It is also are area with many active and thus interesting business. Including good restaurants, sea food stores, and an excellent fishing supply store. It is right on the Noyo River / channel with working boats coming and going, close to a beach (although not a great one) and right in the center of town which has a lot to look at and do. So, I guess it is a mixed review, a bit rough, but great location, interesting surrounding area, good utilities, and a pretty good price. We would come back again. read more

This is our first time staying here and we really enjoyed it. We ended up staying for two months. The wonderful views from the bluffs, and walking and biking trails are just part of the relaxing experience. Everything is so conveniently located. The Harvest Market is across the street and reminds me of Whole Foods. I was in heaven! My favorite place for breakfast was a tiny spot down S. Main Street called the Egghead Cafe. The food is made and served with L.O.V.E. I know they are building a Starbucks but go to the locally owned cafes. One of my favorites is Heartland Cafe for coffee and quiche or the unique drive-thru bakery called Rolling Dough, It's just like going to a fast food place. You order at a drive-through menu then drive up to the payment and food window. There is NO inside seating but plenty of parking areas or picnic tables to eat. Everything is right there near Harbor RV. The staff is great and go out of their way to make your stay with them a great experience. The other campers are so friendly and it's fun to strike up a conversation and enjoy the laid-back atmosphere. read more

Awesome location! This place doesn't look like much from the road, but once you see where your RV goes, it was great. No pull-through sites, but it was easy to get our 35' fifth-wheel in. Good space between trailers. Nice grassy sites. The trails were great. Level and paved, you could overlook Noyo harbor. If you walked all of the way down, you get to Ocean View Drive. Nice sunset views. And Point Noyo restaurant next door has fantastic food and views. read more

Sufficient for all our needs. On the ocean, basically in town, quiet, clean, great price, friendly and helpful staff. Without reservations we got the last spot, so it wasn't on the front ocean row, but near the end of the row overlooking the harbor outlet to the bay. The office let us know it wouldn't be an ocean view over the phone--nice, but we didn't care! Walking and biking trail along the bluffs. Great space between rows: 5-8 feet between RVs; only a few of the spots have room to make the awning practical, but all have a grassy area in between. We were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. An overabundance of great places to eat. We had delicious homemade Mexican food from Taqueria Ricarda's on Oak St. Ricarda is one of the two seasoned women doing the cooking and serving with no other help. The wait was worth it! We enjoyed our stay and wished we had reserved a few days. read more

First time here and of course read all of the reviews before booking. The place is easy to miss off the main road but nice location in the middle of everything you need to see. Super close to Botanical gardens and ocean. Nice view in spot 42 but near garbage bin. Had a temporary power issue but maintenance guy fixed it fast. Looks like owner is super paranoid about pandemic (as she probably should be ) since she sterilizes the pens you even use to fill the forms out. Nice seafood restaurants close by but have to eat outside in the cold weather or carry out and eat in the RV. Overall had a good time. Was surprised how winding hwy 20 is from 101. Had to pull over to let speeders get by but many places to pull out with an RV read more

I have been in better and worse places. $27.00 per night for full hook up. When we arrived there was a note on the door, We had to wait 30 minutes for someone to show up.. The park looked run down but when we got to your site we had a great view of the water. The park in the back had and a great path to go for a walk along the water. Problem with the park people take their dogs for a walk and do not clean up after them even though bags are provided. When we arrived there were lots of spaces then someone came in the last day and we could look right into their RV 6 to 7 feet away While we were here we had trouble with our hot water heater. I went to the office for a key to their shower and laundry room...LOCKED UP.... It was not working. I wouldn't be afraid to come back but I will look for other alternatives. read more

We have stayed here many times its a little funky but great people and a awesome view also close to town. I always enjoyed seeing and talking to Billy sr and found him to be a great guy he made sure you followed the rules and was always fair. Recently they were closed. Sadly I just found out Billy passed away , my condolences to his family. I understand his son Billy Jr is getting things going again and I will definitely be staying there again soon. read more

If you just need a place to park the rig for the night or a place to sleep while you explore the town and beaches all day this park is fine. There are many long term renters, it was quiet and we could hear the ocean at night despite the highway noise. Also the view of the ocean off the bluff is very pretty. Walking trails directly next to and behind the park. Check in staff was friendly and price was reasonable. The first day of our stay in late November we were able to sit outside and look out over the ocean. Second night it rained heavily and left a mud swamp around our rv which meant muddy shoes. But all in all a very nice stay. There are many things to do and see in Fort Bragg that can keep you busy all day. Also the restaurant next door to the park is top notch, Point Noyo restaurant. 3 stars only because we are the type that park the rig and stay put for the entire stay. If you are the type that doesn't stay put I would recommend this park. read more

This has a fantastic location. We were here for Thanksgiving and the RV lots are about half filled. The common restroom is clean. We got a ocean view lot. The only caveat is the wifi speed is very slow. read more

Great park and management. Beautiful view of the water, great walking path. As for the reviewer that commented on the dog poop, it is the pet owner's responsibility to pick up after their dogs NOT the management, although they do a great job of keeping the park area clean. And the one's that have a problem with the management are the one's that think the park rules do not apply to them. I for one am glad that he is not afraid to stand up to the ones that come into the park and think they can make everyone else visit miserable because they don't think the rule apply to them.....So with that being said, it is a wonderful place to stay, the management is very friendly and helpful, as long as you want to act like a responsible adult and not a spoiled little self centered princes read more

We checked several hotels and other campgrounds in town but there were no vacancies on a busy weekend in the summer. We found a spot with Harbor RV and we liked it best out of all the other options. My wife and I recently spent 3 nights at the Harbor RV park. I Read Yelps but don't live by them as every body's different. We had a nice clean site. I used the bathroom and showers,clean enough For me. We had to leave early unfortunately do to an accident. We were immediately refunded for are over payment, so thank you Natalee for that. I travel with my husband while he works on power lines all over the country. We had been staying at Pomo, but we had no phone service there so we moved to Harbor at the end of February. We will be staying here until early May. We love it here! The manager Billy can seem a bit gruff at first but he's actually really cool and conversational! We've gotten a lot of great tips about the community from him. You can't beat the views or the prices here! Would definitely stay here again! read more

Definitely a great location but pricey for what you get. We stayed there August 4 to 7th. Cable TV is questionable, it works intermittently. They make a big deal about cleaning up after pets, but a lot doesn't get cleaned up. Twice I picked up near the steps to my trailer from someone else's dog. There are at least two different types of sewer inlet to connect to. Unfortunately, ours had no threads to connect an airtight hose to, other sites did. I wound up stretching all the hose I had to dump in an adjoining site. The manager was not very helpful, just said I should have everything to connect. He insisted that I didn't give him attitude. Apparently the owner is taking in money but not taking care of maintenance and other problems experienced. Location is the only thing going for this park. Other parks in the area have better facilities for similar price. I have stayed at this park a few times over 20 years. It has declined and really have no desire to stay here again. I usually fine other RV park personnel to be more helpful, not here. read more

Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. They were very responsive to our needs and concerns. Having read some of the negative reviews, my experience is if you're thoughtful and gracious, you most often get that back. This New Years was our third visit to this park and we have only positive things to say about the staff and location. We were told that the park will upgrade to 50 amp service this year which will elicit a fifth rating star from us. read more
