I hired to do kitchen after already gutted and simple bathroom vanity top sink and paint. They didnt want to do kitchen floor right...They had to after getting caught. They did not cut out floor for cabinets that come in soon...They used contractor finishings in Fife for a 3D with intentions of duplicating waypoint cabinets with some 3rd party China made cabinet with Pius. Gas emission cabinets. Got caught. They added recess lights with so so many wrong holes in kitchen.. did 10 other recess lights horrible...got caught.. had to rebuild drywall Painted over wallpaper, drywall repairs not done.. sanded with open wall heaters. Ruined some. Sanded with new appliances not properly covered...White powder inside. Maybe ruined.. Took out bathrm vanity why and broke it...vintage.. dumped filthy water in tub?. Are my pipes in danger?.. Be cautious.. even tho they admitted mess up, there is false actions to rectify. Dont hire...they say they were disrespected when I changed the contract?. Then why did they sign.. cash only. Wife had bank issues... It was more likely retaliation that never stopped and more than likely will continue.. I am done.. had enough. I paid for materials so 2nd hand or 3rd party toxic goods not bought from them. They refuse to give up insurer. Even worse, disconnected water in bathrm, neighbor saw urinating. I cant be sure but lots of belongings missing too. BAD faith. Unethical. If they felt disrespected, why sign.. The payment part?....They owe me back $8500 and my guess, wrong cabinet sizes company.. They make NO sense. Wife is a very jealous one. Baby in tow. I feel bad for that baby. Always dirty, unhappy, unhealthy Worse experience EVER

They were a pleasure working with from selecting the stone in the office, measuring our kitchen, to installing. We had a sort of non-standard window shelf that we weren't sure how it would turn out, but they gave us a few options (with drawings, measurements, and schematics so we could see in detail) for the raised bay window. Installation was quick and easy. We're very happy we went with Integrity.

Overall, I'm really happy with my quartz countertops from Integrity Stonework. The quartz looks…read moregreat, it was cut well to the shape of my kitchen, and the seam between 2 countertop pieces is practically invisible. The process from enquiring to ordering was very straightforward and easy to engage with. I was able to go and view the quartz prior to them cutting it to shape. The only road bump we hit was with installation. For the most part it was a good installation job, but it turned out that one of my cabinets was a bit higher than the others, which wasn't visible with the old counters. The installation team pointed out to me that they had to put an additional piece of wood under the counter in that location, but they didn't point out that it then made that counter higher than the others, and I didn't see that when they showed me. I only noticed the height difference after the installers left. My feedback is that I would have liked the installers to have been more explicit about this height difference before they glued the quartz down. I was relying on Integrity Stonework to be the experts for this installation, so trusted that they would point items like this out. After the installation, I had to pay an additional company to come in and remove the countertop to adjust the cabinet before gluing the quartz down again as Integrity Stonework did not offer to come and fix it, despite my request to them to make good on this. To be fair, the installation team did point out a different issue with countertop leveling in a different part of the kitchen prior to gluing items down. I think the height differential was just an unfortunate hiccup as part of this journey, so be thorough and ask to check the countertops prior to anything being glued down!

My wife and I have done several extensive renovation projects ourselves and this was the first major project in-which we used a contractor. Due in large part to our experience, we have very high expectations when it comes to contractors and Rob and the New Leaf team did not disappoint. The team was always professional and courteous and Rob consistently went out of his way to answer all of our questions which were likely significantly more than most of his clients. Like most major renovations, there were a few hiccups along the way and Rob handled them superbly. In addition, Rob stuck to his estimate even though he probably could've justified including some additional charges due to a couple of unforeseen issues. In the end, the kitchen turned out beautifully and we are very grateful to Rob and the team at New Leaf for their help in giving us a dream kitchen that has significantly improved the livability of our house.

I sent quote request to this guys with several pictures of my kitchen that shows layout. But after several back and forth they were not able to provide me an estimate. They require you to do this over the phone even if there is zero reason to do so. They had all necessary information to provide estimate for me but they just wasted my and their time. PS: and Yes I did call them but they did not respond
