Four months I have been trying to get an assessment done at this location for counseling. I waited two and a half months to finally go in and was told they made the wrong type of appointment and they could not see me that day. I have to take a cab to these appts. I left in tears that day because I was told I needed to wait another month and a half. I was scheduled for a 10 am appt today for my assessment. A half hour before my appointment, (and after I am already in my cab and on the way) they called to tell me that they have to cancel it because I need a dual assessment whatever that means and again, I am scheduled for the wrong type of appointment. I return the phone call and she tells me that again, I was scheduled for the wrong type of appointment. (something about meds) As I stated before, I'm trying to get counseling not meds. When I called them back today and to be honest I told them that they need to get their crap together and she hung up on me. I HIGHLY suggest that you DO NOT waste a moment of your time trying to get into see these people because they will not listen to your needs nor will they make them a priority. All thru this entire experience, not one of these ladies have been kind or sympathetic in any way either. I wanted counseling and I think that's a pretty simple request. Not sure what all the confusion has been about or where they got that I wanted meds but as I said before I will not waste another moment of my time with this place. And to cancel at such a last minute is also extremely unprofessional as well. They are dealing with people with mental health issues and in my opinion, only make those issues worse. Four months I wasted waiting on them. What a waste of my time and energy when I could have been getting help someplace else that actually care about the patients and what their actual issies are. I'm discouraged and disgusted with the entire experience. And honestly I left out a lot more of the interactions I have had with this place. All around horrible experience and I never even had an appointment.... I gave 1 star only cause you can't put a zero. Also, idk about any of the other staff there but if you can't get thru scheduling without all these issues then there really isn't any point. read more

This place is a literal joke . Literally everything, the office experience, the care quality and the type of care they give. I told my doctor that I feel no different with the meds and the thoughts keep coming and they said we'll just keep on it a little bit longer and see if there's any change just for me to run out a week later And have been trying to get it replenished since I have called multiple times just to be told to leave a voicemail or just get hung up on. What makes it worse is the times that I am there getting the help that I mean the doctors don't know what going on nor to the nurses I get out of the room with the screen a literal TV screen you have to talk to not a person a TV screen to go to the front desk And have them tell me I need to get labs done and then somebody walks out with the paper for the labs and she goes back from where she came from and I'm just left her standing there figuring out where the heck to go so I asked the lady at the front desk and she told me to follow the lady that gave me the paper for the labs just for me to follow her and her asked me. What am I doing back here? Then I explained to her and she goes. Oh my God those front desk ladies still don't know what they're doing. just for me to get my labs done get my blood drawn almost passed out from getting my blood drawn and the lady who was so kind trying to get her ice pack to cool me down cause I'm cold sweats at this point for her to say she does not have an ice pack because she think someone might've took. This is a joke of a business... people need mental health help but all this place cares about is the bottom dollar. I have to go to a room, only to talk to someone over a camera??? Then you try to email them, and they RARELY respond. I've been almost a week without meds because my "doctor" was supposed to send a preautorization bumber. I have been a patient with Harbor for about a year. My nurse practitioner, Aracelli, is amazing, can't say enough good things about her. But the office? Thats a whole other story. I have had appointments canceled without my knowledge, I have sat on Microsoft Teams waiting for an appointment for an hour, only to have no one show up, and now I can't get refills on my medications. I've been calling for a week trying to get a refill on a prescription. I'm out now, so I'll probably start going through withdrawal soon. STAY FAR AWAY. read more
