New product comes in daily according to their Facebook and everything comes assembled, ready to take home. Located in the previous location of Joanne Fabrics location, Open Box Outlet has a large layout where they display an overwhelming number of items. My husband is already excited to come back to check out more items. While the customer service could use a touch of work (greeting customers or at least having someone ask if you need help finding something), I blame the fact they just opened for that and I'm sure they'll get the right number of employees to remedy that. Granted, not easy to find and in good shape, but that was more than I was willing to pay. Shop is located in St. Joseph, which is traditionally a wealthy area (Whirlpool Corporation is here, so be sure to notice the who-needs-a-house-that-big mansions along the lakeshore if you drive by). St. Joseph is a tourist and summer home area for people with money. The furniture here is desirable, beautiful, and hard to find. Those factors create high prices that others can and will pay. As for we middle class types, we continue to rummage out of the way antiques shops in hopes of a lucky find.

Yes, it does cut thru a watermelon really well. The staff is helpful but not pushy. They greet you with a smile and offer assistance. They are willing to answer questions-make sure to ask about any future cooking classes because they do hold them here on occasion. Definitely stop in here for a unique kitchen decorating experience.

The employee offered no further assistance in seeing what their store renamed the product line to, no customer service or information about the anniversary sale this store is currently running, not even a "hey! Why don't you come on in, I'm sure we can find something to meet your needs if we don't carry that specific chair!" Called the store and the folks there said the guys had not yet come back from the pick up. Since the store was only about 15 minutes away I'd say they had themselves a great time picking thru and stealing the items meant for needy people. If you are the management you are either a part of this criminal activity or you are clueless and you hired the wrong people. The perfect crime from a really crappy business.
