Less than a week prior to closing the mortgage broker calls us saying we need to bring $1,600, then it changed to $ 660.00 48 hours prior to close. We were lied to about our rate and monthly payment amount. Obviously the underwriters have no clue what they are doing! I sent them pay off statements and escrow from my old mortgage company clearly showing when my taxes and home insurance were paid. Extremely bozo lenders! Find another lending institution we are.

They go out of their way to help you and know pretty much everyone by name. Great rates - in fact they pay more on their checking and cd's than other banks I have seen. They offer remote deposit which our company uses. No more going to the bank and depositing checks. We do it all from our office which saves us time and money.

The atms also spit out various denominations besides just 20's. I have easily made withdrawals and deposits at the teller, with them all being easily accommodating.
