Went in to pay off my roof loan yesterday and was charged more then agreed upon in the loan…read moredocument for them to lift the lien on my house. Beware borrowing from this bank even if your roofer recommends them. They would not agree to the figure on the loan documents even when I called their customer service department later. I have filed a complaint against them with the CFPB to investigate. Also the teller failed to return $10 in change until after I pointed out that they still owed me $10. In fairness the teller might have caught the mistake before I walked out the door but I would recommend everyone double check their own transactions before leaving this branch.
