We live in an area that has a lot of stormwater that needs to be managed, and our house has a sump pump plus an, as it turned out, elaborate stormwater drainage system. Carl Iversen, the owner, is a very pleasant and patient man, who took a great deal of time and care to go over our drainage system, explained to us how it works, and assured that it was all working well. His crew did a great job, and even took the time to tune up our sump pump. More remarkable is that I&I normally works on very large projects, like major sewer work, so having them take time on such a small residential job was great. Charges were more than reasonable for the work performed. They can also do video inspection, clean out clogged lines, and smoke testing.

He went straight to descaling the heater and saying he will order/replace the part. Outcome: Nicole says the part was "rush delivered" twice and it was the WRONG PART TWICE. (This is over the course of a month). Nicole continually blames us for not replacing the heater even though she ordered the wrong part twice and the plumber did NOT give us consent to descale the heater AND he did NOT recommend to replace it.
