AMAZING and GRATEFUL to have Phil come to the rescue! I usually just read over other people's Yelp…read morereviews, but the support and service provided by Phoenix plumbing needed a raving review. Before Phoenix came on board to complete the work,I spent nearly a month "working" with two other companies to get the work done - installation of backflow preventers, hose bibs and leakage inspection/fixes. The first company came gave me a quote, I requested them to come to site to ensure they could do the work instead of just relying on the photos and documents I sent, but they "didn't have time". They showed up and then advised they could not do the work due to the complicated piping. Kindly enough they referred me to another plumber who could do intricate plumbing work - they were nice and apologetic about it. The second gave me the run around for nearly 3 weeks before I was smart enough to figure out this guy had no intention of doing the work. He lied about "going to the city to make amendments", he lied about "the quote being sent" multiple times, and to top it off, he lied about, "visiting the site for the quote" which never came through. Can you imagine the chaos of trying to meet a City deadline, coordinate water shut-off with tenants, and have unreliable professionals? It was a disaster and I was furious! I had to contact the City and kindly beg for an extension as everything was getting pushed back. Lucky for me, Phoenix came along and restored my faith in the plumbing industry. I explained the scope of work, my terrible experience, and the quick approaching deadline - Phil apologized for the lack of professionalism I had experienced from his fellow industry mates, and reassured me he would do anything to restore my faith in the plumbing profession. I was doubtful at first, but he stuck to every word. Not only did he address all my issues, he made every effort to respond to me (instead of leaving me hanging), to move the project along as fast as possible and to find the best solutions. He was transparent with every step and accommodating in all aspects. My life saver! In fact he went above and beyond at each stage to ensure all components of the project were met and within a swift timeline. He even went out of the way to physically go the City, stand in line and submit my leakage form. The overwhelming anxiety and stress of this project was completely eradicated by Phil's assistance.
