Reviewing a gas station is something that you are not sure what to say. And I am guessing that if someone is writing a review it usually won't be a great one. Employees are rude dismissive and racist , they show state of the art of top of the line customer service to anyone of the Caucasian descent but treat basically every other race very poorly . I don't usually write reviews for gas stations because... it's just gas, it's pretty self-explanatory what you can expect. But this places is terrible. They have 12 pumps, 3 types of gas per pump. MAYBE half of those pumps were functioning and only 3 Regular Leaded gas pumps were working. Seriously? I shouldn't have to lap the place three times to find a pump that isn't out of order. Two of the three vacuums were broken, the soda dispenser inside was broken, the workers were slurping cup o noodles when I went to buy my stuff. And, it was more expensive than most places around. Racist employees. Refused to give me my money back after car wash machine would not work. My card was accepted and it said approved on the machine. I talked to the employee and owner and showed them the charge on my account and they refused to give me a refund. The customer in front of me had the same experience but they refunded her. With a couple gas stations down the street, just keep going. Car wash machine could not make change, but took my $20 anyway. Dude at the counter gave me a hard time about giving me change despite the fact that the blasted machine gave me a receipt clearly showing the change amount. Been going here forever. Even though it's right off Route 301, which makes it convenient and expensive, I still find myself coming here due to the close proximity of my house. Big islands easy enough to drive around a car in case you need to get to the empty gas tank or exiting. Pay with your credit card, fill up and head out. Also has a car wash.. read more

This place fucking sucks!!! On a weekly basis they run out of gas and cigarettes. And I mean completely run out...all grades of gas all brands of cigarettes. I've been purchasing gas from this station for over 12 years; but after my experience there today, I never plan on returning. I was accidentally locked out of my vehicle while pumping gas. My purse, phone, & keys were in the car & I could not remember any phone numbers of friends & family that could bring me my 2nd key. When I told the station's attendant what happened & asked if I could use a phone to call the Toyota dealer & that I didn't know the number; he was extremely rude stating that I could walk "across the street" to the Toyota dealership. (The dealership was across a very busy intersection with no crosswalk & at least 1/4th a mile away.) AND it was a very cold & snowy day. He reluctantly handed me a landline, told me to step aside & hurry up with the phone. I handed the phone back stating that I didn't know the number & would get help elsewhere. Thankfully, another customer allowed me to use their cell phone to call AAA, and was patient enough to wait to for me to give my info to them. Thank God for that angel! Now , you would think that it would be in the best interest of the station to let me use a cell phone so I could get out of there as soon as possible since I was tying up a pump; but NOPE! Therefore, I will be taking my patronage elsewhere & will discourage all my friends & family from using that station. read more

Ever since this place has been managed by those of another country, it's quality has gone way down. The gas is still cheaper than other places around Bowie, but the unprofessional handling of this business has gotten way out of hand. And the Tackiness is crazy. I went to this place at 5:30am on 04-24-2015 to buy gas for my car. And found that all the pumps were displaying the lights and messages as tho the pumps were working. I and another patron got fed up going from one pump to another, then went to the window to find the employee there just looking at us to say that all pumps were down. I am going to file a complaint with the Bowie Mayor, and the Bowie City Council. This City of Bowie does not tolerate such unconcern CRAP! that comes out of businesses within it's shores. I really don't think that this business has an office to complain too, because when I tried the number that is out on "Yelp", the message was that this number is out of service ( business).
