Harvey is the owner and has always been great to us. He has serviced our multiple vehicles for over a decade.

Walker Collision Center - Excellent repair

I don't usually write reviews unless I think the company provided outstanding service. Walker…read moreCollision Center definitely deserves the recognition. There was some minor (but noticeable) damage to my 2003 Porsche 911's front bumper and paint scratches on the right side skirt I wanted corrected. Walker Collision Center expertly repaired and painted these areas for a more than reasonable price and the car was returned in 3 days. I was amazed at how well the repairs were performed, I couldn't even tell where the damage had been and I can only describe the paint job as "liquid glass" since it was so incredibly smooth and glossy to both touch and sight. The paint is high quality, was color matched to the rest of the car's factory paint and has a life time guarantee. Jacqueline, in the office, is very professional, really knows her job and made the estimation process fast and easy. My actual bill came in lower than the estimate. Ryan, the owner, took the time to make sure that any questions or concerns I had were fully addressed. I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing paint or body work; to the point that I have already scheduled my wife's 2013 VW Beetle for body and paint work as well as a damaged tail light repair on my 2025 Toyota Tundra.

This past July, while in Houston the front end, bumpers, grill assembly fell off the car when it scraped a parking bumper. We trucked it to Caliber to assess the damage and have it repaired. Ivan, the center manager, spoke with my father in law, who was very upset, calm him down and treated him in a very professional manner. I came in the next day to visit with Ivan and he went over the entire car with me and explained what he felt happened and we agree that I would receive an estimate. Within a day Ivan and his team had the car put back together! Even though they did not need to stand behind the other company's work, they did. You can't tell that there was an issue with the car, the fit is fine and the car looks like it did when new. I appreciated how this was handled and the fine work done.

I would never recommend taking your vehicle here. In my experience, every time I contacted them, they blamed the insurance company, the adjuster, or someone else rather than taking responsibility for their own lack of communication and service. My vehicle sat there for over 20 days without them even looking at it. They couldn't even complete the initial estimate, yet somehow the insurance adjuster was always the one they blamed for the delays. Twenty-plus days with virtually nothing being done to my vehicle is completely unacceptable. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism was beyond frustrating. If you value your time and want a shop that actually communicates and takes responsibility for getting the job done, I strongly recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else. The gentleman that I spoke to there was the name of Josh and the general manager was just as frustrating. Don't waste your time.
