We had breaded pork tenderloin sandwiches, fried cauliflower, and sweet potato fries. The pork is pounded and hand breaded and cooked to perfection! We had to trim the tenderloin so it would fit the bun. The sweet potato fries are tossed in some magic dust and served with honey mustard. Perfect combo!!!
