Trailmarker Omelette was stuffed full of corned beef hash with onions and peppers with a light coating of melted cheese (yum). The hashbrowns were done to perfection and the lightly buttered rye toast was almost like Texas Toast - nice and thick and tasted so, so good (especially with strawberry preserves or honey)! The Chicken Parmesan sandwich presentation wasn't nearly as much of a statement as the Trailmarker Omelette, but still just as tasty. Needless to say - true Diner food done right. The server was very pleasant, attentive, and quite knowledgeable of the menu offerings as well as the eclectic decor. I really didn't expect it to be this good. I had had perch dinner in saint clair shores , michigan , two nights before , and it couldn't even come close to this. This was pride in one's craft delivered right to the table. Chef Ramsey would approve. The atmosphere is nice, even a little game room with shuffleboard.
