If you have been to Five Guys, you know the burgers aren't that large and mine were on the flat top a bit too long. Decent flavor but just a tad bit too long on the flat top. By the time I got my food, I had less than 10 minutes remaining on my lunch break. It wasn't all that busy, so I was a bit perplexed as to wht it took what seemed to me as an inordinate amount of time to get some burgers and fries done. Strike one... Total price for this meal was over $20 - say whaaaaat??? It's been a while since I had Five Guys and at these prices, it may be a hot minute before I return. Strike 2... Lastly, the young lady taking orders seemed as if: she was having a bad day; didn't want to be at work; or just didn't have much of a cordial personality. She didn't smile, and everything was matter-of-fact transactional conversation. Strike 3... Again, I haven't been to a Five Guys in quite some time and based on this experience, it will be a while before I go back.

I placed my order and was given a number to receive my order- whether dining in or carryout. The ambiance was typical fast food but clean. People at the register were pleasant. I ordered a cod fish fried dinner and a grilled chicken sandwich -to go. The estimated wait time was 10 minutes and that was pretty accurate. I should have double-checked my other before leaving but I didn't. realize until I got home that my grilled chicken sandwich didn't have the Swiss Cheese I'd requested. (Added some mozzarella from the fridge.) The chicken seemed overcooked and tough to cut with a knife. They did get the tartar sauce right on the fish dinner and included a cole slaw that looked far more creamy than advertised. The fries, however, were amazing. I've posted pictures below so you can decide for yourselves. I could personally take it or leave it but my mom seemed happy with her order. During Lent, don't go any later than 4:30pm on a Friday or else you'll have a long wait.

I ordered the Garlic & Bacon Pub Burger (double smash burger) along with a side of mashed potatoes & gravy. My order was ready in about 5 minutes or so. Dining area looked very clean. Did not check out the bathrooms. Usually when you enter a Culver's, you receive a friendly greeting. That did not happen. The young lady called out to a co-worker asking her to take care of me, then just walked away. Wasn't to much with my interaction as I only had a pick up order. When the food was presented, by another staff member, she thanked me and told me to have a great day. Food was good. Decent price for quality and portion size. As I have mentioned before, if I decide to get fast food, I search out the closest Culver's on Yelp.

Happened to stop here about 20 mins before closing one evening wanting something simple and…read morestraightforward but hopefully different - I'm glad I did - was greeted with a smile and courtesy - it was extremely clean with no overwhelming odors of bleach etc so tells me always clean - ordered a medium Steak & cheese on white with everything - honestly wasn't expecting much since close to closing and I wouldn't be eating it for another 20+ mins - abit expensive to me but on par with other sub places and offerings - was greatly impressed and surprised despite the delay and late purchase the bread was remarkably soft and easy to consume (I don't have teeth) none of the bread was hard, the meat was soft and very juicy seems to be very good quality choice of meat with good quantities within sandwich - peppers were fresh and soft, I'd like more within the sub, didn't think to ask for more not sure standard amount - onions were plentiful and again soft and juicy fresh - the cheese was plentiful and melted within the sub - overall great quality sub and a pleasant surprise would highly recommend trying this great local sub offering - while there look at the history on the walls and bonus help support local firefighters

I will say that to their benefit, they don't microwave their sandwiches. They have a steamer they place the meats and cheeses into and then blast them with steam. It is a nice touch, much better than nuking things. Anyway, the bread they used didn't have much "personality" going for it. I love really crusty sub rolls with soft, pillowy insides. This was kind of a softer roll that didn't have any character. Kind of disappointing. The sandwich itself was dressed with mayo (my favorite condiment), but it really needed an acid note to balance the unctuous, fatty quality of the meat, cheese and mayo (hello vinegar...). The veggies just got lost and really didn't add a thing. I did request jalapenos on the sandwich, and unfortunately, they didn't add much (too mild). They do have one of those drink machines that offer what seems to be an endless choice of beverages (love those). There appears to be a cleanliness issue too. I got there around 12:30 and the floors were really dirty. The walls and vents could use some attention, etc. It just had the appearance of not being well kept. Two-bite lightly breaded round chicken balls were crunchy and good. The fries were hot and crispy and lightly seasoned. The box was just enough with a small drink. Ralley's is take out only. Plenty of napkins were given and the window employee was pleasant. This is located down the street from St. Vincent's Hospital, Toledo.
