The sub was described as combining rotisserie-style chicken, 2x melted Monterey cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, honey mustard, and BBQ on a roll. We loaded the sub with fresh spinach, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, black olives, and pickles, and the honey mustard sauce. The sub tasted great -- but we were surprised that it seemed to include bacon, which wasn't part of the description, and didn't have a taste of BBQ (my bad, it seems that I needed to request both the honey mustard and BBQ sauces). Later at home, when we reviewed the receipt, we realized that we had been served value meal #20, which consisted of the Elite Chicken & Bacon Ranch sub on a toasted Italian Herbs & Cheese roll ($11.49/1160 calories). The description of the sub was very similar to that of what we originally ordered, except that it included bacon and different sauces (if ordered). Unfortunately, it was also a bit more expensive and had higher calories than what we ordered. Of note, the preparation area where the meats and cheeses are added to the subs is now blocked from customer view, so we would not have been able to see the mistake when the bacon was added to the sub. Also of note, the chips display has also been moved to a less congested side.
