This is a new addition to our community. Opened a few short weeks ago and it has been busy ever since. The restaurant is within the Love's Travel Center. The service was reasonable given that the place has just opened. On a busy day like last night the wait is about 10 minutes but given that all the employees are new, it was not too bad. The order was served hot and the special order was delivered correctly. I order the Monster Burger with curly fries. It met the Hardee's standard of other Hardee's I have visited. Burger was very good and the curly fries were as well. The dining area was spacious and the decor was localized with painting on the walls representing the community. The clerks were very pleasant and apologitic for the wait. I visited the drive-thur a week ago and again the wait was reasonable and no errors in the order. read more

The service is the most pathetic I have EVER encountered in a restaurant. I have waited as long as 30 minutes for a simple one person order. I usually order a small variation of the sandwiches. Certainly no more than 50% of the tjme do they get it right. Today, I am sooooo angry: they would not honor the Hardee's flyer coupon for a chicken sandwich, sent out in the flyer of the little local town paper. It's the only Hardee's in at least 50 miles, so no other restaurant sent it out. The manager on duty told me she can't help, because "we are not trained on coupons." What does that mean anyway? The service there is pathetic and if we're t connected to a Love"s, there is not way they would still be open. read more

The food is usually really good. Sometimes if you hit it on slow times the food or buns can get a little soggy. I really hate getting a burger that the ketchup and mustard are running out the bun. But I take responsibility for that. I should remember to order it with none on it. Then I can get packets of the ketchup and put my own on. The service and the whole program there is 100% turn around from opening day. To many kids working and no one really knew what was happening. Needed more adults working. The manager offer to many free coupons for free food for mistakes. But that news got around fast and way too many people were complaining and getting free food. If it's not right then in my opinion you need to bring to the managers attention then not 2-3 days later. Costs them a lot of money that it shouldn't have. It's always clean table wiped down condiments and soda machine area always clean and filled. read more

I've been here 3 times and all 3 times had the same experience: waited 30 minutes, no apology or even acknowledgement for the wait. The workers look like they hate it here. I know there are worker shortages everywhere but this seems like something more than that is going on. Will not be back. Strike 3.... read more

Service was slow. Staff only concentrated on drive thru. Waited at front of line for 18 min. Then another 15 min. To get food. GM needs to train staff on customer service and drug test. Pretty sure one employee was high. read more

I pulled into the drive thru around 130pm, and there was one car in front of me. They took her order, and I went to order. I was told they would be right with me. The person in front of me got their food and pulled away. Five minutes later and smi am still waiting for someone to take my order, so I waited a couple of more minutes and left. Came back through again around 1115pm, and same situation. This time two cars in front of me, and they both order. i get to the window to order and there I sit. Five minutes pass and no one has said a word to me. Wait another couple of minutes without anyone saying anything so I backed out of the drive thru and left. About a week ago, I ordered and vanilla shake and two large regular fries. I was given two curly fries and a strawberry shake, and I even verified they had my order right on the board... The service here is absolutely atrocious, and if it wasnt the only option for fast food in the area I can safely say I would never visit this location again. read more

Their biscuits n gravy was excellent! As well bacon egg cheese biscuit! But the bacon was very limp...i love crispy bacon still it's good. The loaded burrito was awesome and the Frisco breakfast sandwich was good but if sandwich on a biscuit that will be amazing! read more

Do not stop!!! Drive on by!!! I ordered a chicken sandwich. I'm not sure what I got and unfortunately I left the "restaurant" before I took a bite. They should be shut down!!! That piece of jerky was under a heat lamp for more than three days; at least it tasted like it. I could not recommend a bigger avoid than this. This location was run by kids. As Rodney Dangerfield once said, it was "low grade dog food" unfit for a dog. I used a $3.99 coupon. The girl told it came to $4.84, that's a heck of a tax in Minnesota you got. I had the worst fast food experience ever here. I waited 20 minutes for my meal and once it was finally ready Rob the "manager" working called my name, set it on the counter and walked away. He never took the time to acknowledge the long wait time let alone apologize to me or the other 9 customers as they waited for their food. Everyone was grumbling about the wait time and he never once apologized. Smh read more
