Yet there were so many people pulled around there was no place to wait without blocking the drive through area. When we went inside to get our drinks everyone was standing around in the kitchen area. It took us a while to get the young man's attention who was working the till. We told him our problem then he went to help the next customer. One young lady in the kitchen announced "I'm going on break". After waiting for a while longer an older lady who was delivering a meal to customers who were waiting inside asked if we had been help. We told her the issue and she made the drinks right away. As we were walking out more people came in that had been waiting in the drive through line. There is no excuse to have customers wait for drinks. There is no excuse for workers to be standing around when there is a huge long line of customers waiting for their orders outside and only one table of people inside.
