Stop here fairly regularly on trips through town. I have noticed a marked improvement recently...not sure if its new owners or manager or ?? Staff seems more friendly and customer service oriented. Dine in area is clean. I enjoy their breakfast and they are consistent in making it. read more

Food is good but customer service is terrible, as usual. I asked for a plain chicken sandwich (no mayo or tomato) and all she said was, "it comes with lettuce and tomato." (??) So I said ok, we'll pick off the tomato which is weird, can't they just leave it off? And what do we get? A chicken sandwich is no tomato but lots of mayo. They always act like customers are so annoying which is weird, because they wouldn't have jobs if they didn't have customers. For all these reasons, I rarely go to this Burger King, unless I'm desperate. read more

Very DIRTY!!! The ladies restroom was disgusting, there was yellow dirty fuzz covering the whole base of the toilet. Looked as it hadn't been mopped in months. The restaurant floor was just as bad!!! Obviously hadn't been mopped in months! Tables were dirty, garbage laying all over. The kitchen looked NASTY....I was scared to give my kids their meals. I ordered a kids meal with a double cheeseburger. The employee who took my order insisted that they didn't have it, even though it was right up on the menu. Another employee also said no. It wasn't until a few minutes layer, and me saying they did indeed have it, that a guy behind the counter said they did. I'm guessing this was the manager, since he wasn't wearing a uniform. It looked like chaos behind the counter and I was the only one in the place. I also saw an employee eating fries directly out of the fry bin. GROSS. read more

This was my first time visiting this location. I came in through the drive thru not too long before they closed. I placed a big order and the food was ready way faster than expected. I brought the food home and the food was fresh and tasted great. This was my last choice of grabbing a hot meal in the area at the time since I've seen the previous review but they get a thumbs up from me. read more

We arrived 30 minutes before they closed. When we pulled up to the window they informed us that the grill went down. The guy at the window refunded our money and as he was handing us our money back the grill came back online. Instead of us paying again for our food he told us it was free today. He didn't have to do that. The customer service we received that night was easily five stars. Everyone working here on 6/20/2020 at 2230 definitely did a great job. Keep it up read more

I was at this location last night, it was disgusting. The teenager taking my order could not stop playing with his hair and/or touching his face. I had to get a new soda cup cuz he grabbed it with his fingers inside of the cup. When I asked for a new one, he seemed very confused on why. After explaining the cleanliness issue, I still don't think he understands, cuz he did it for the next family behind me. Lastly, when I asked for some ketchup packets, I was told to grab them from the box, which was just sitting on the front counter for some odd reason. While I am not a big fan of fast food, I have never had a complaint with Burger King; until now. In the 3 weeks I've been in Glencoe, MN, I have yet to find any redeeming qualities at this particular restaurant location. The food is subpar for Burger King standards, or by any fast food chain standards. The food has been consistently cold, and on one occasion, for a special order of crispy, on my chicken sandwich, an employee actually questioned why he had to make a fresh sandwich. You will very seldom see a smiling face and even the management team seems to have a certain disdain for the customers in the store. So if you wish to patronize a restaurant that treats their customers as they do their food quality practices, has seldom lyrics a working restroom, and doesn't bother to clean the dining room to health department standards; then this is the perfect Burger King location. read more

Bacon was overcooked, food was cold, cheese wasn't melted, this was for the bacon cheeseburger

You order a pretzel burger and they give you the double king burger instead and for ordering at 10:45 am the service was super slow.

I didn't even want to give this restaurant 1 star. The food was cold when i got it and i ordered for 4 people which was 4 meals and only received 3 of my meals, then they continued to deny me the food they were suppose to give i even showed my receipt and they wouldn't give it to me. Garbage everywhere. food all over kitchen floor, and the lady working on the deep fryers wasn't wearing gloves, and she was touching the food. Not happy and wont be coming back again. I do NOT recommend, eating let alone even being at this place. I'm giving this restaurant -4 stars. read more

Personally I have not had anything wrong with my orders and the food has always been good. I normally order for 4-5 people. Sometimes it is a little less pleasant to look at but that doesn't effect the taste any. I always go threw drive thru. read more

This has got to be the worst BK I have ever been to! On multiple occasions I have been the only customer there, and it will take 15 minutes to get my food. If you use the drive through be prepared to sit for about 20 minutes even if there are no other cars around. Today I waited 18 minutes for my food, and when I got it my fries were cold and my burger was put together bad. I didn't have ketchup or mustard on my burger, but I had it all over the sides of the bun and covering the wrapper. I will give credit to the morning staff. I have never had a bad experience with breakfast at this BK, however I have never seen a smile either. 1 star because I have to. Either close the store or completely change the staff!! read more

We stopped in for breakfast and were treated like we were a huge inconvenience to the staff. She was very rude taking our order. Once we were seated with our food you could hear the staff standing around chit chatting and laughing. It appeared there was plenty of cleaning that needed to be done but no one had the ambition to do it. Disgusting and filthy! We will never go back there. read more
