I went to Hardee's in Strasbourg Ohio on August 15 2024 at 3:20 pm forgot to tell them no ranch on my chicken wrap the guy making the wrap got mad yelled and said who orders a ranch wrap with ranch and doesn't put ranch on it and then said I am getting tired of this shit I am about to come out there and do something about it.Really wow what a rude jerk he has tattoos all over his arms and his attitude stinks something should be done about him I tried calling the phone number for the restaurant and it's a fax machine what's up with that read more

Sat in the drive thru for a few minutes, no one responded. Went in to order instead, cook was cussing and complaining about having to make the order of 3 things. Manager was there, and just laughed about it with the other employee. Food was good, but service was so terrible. Never dealt with anything like that before. read more

The charbroiler was down,they had to fry what was suppise to be charbroiled, the cash register was broken, they were not doing anything for red burrito,they were out of chicken fingers, the lock in one of the womens bathroom stalls was broken and couldnt lock the door, the bathroom was filthy, it took someone awhile to even come out from the kitchen to help us at all and when they did it was a first day newbie which bless his heart had to figure out everything by himself. The boss lady working was short with alot of people and employees and acted like she did not want to be there. The rest of the staff was sweethearts. The food was also way over priced for the little we got the shake was made with just vanilla ice cream and syrup so it was over sweet and overly yuck, the onion rings was so dry it scratched the roof of my mouth, the chicken sandwhich was so greasy it was unappetizing. I hope things get fixed there it is a shame to see a what was once a decent place to go eat turn so terribly. read more

So my husband tried to get breakfast at Hardee's this morning. Obviously he can't drive a fuel truck through the drive-thru; they still don't have their dining room open and they REFUSED TO SERVE HIM at the window. Absolutely uncalled for when businesses behave this way. Truck drivers keep our lives functioning and people seem to forget that when they constantly treat them like shit. Several other drivers have said this about other Hardee's locations as well. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Without those drivers, you couldn't be in business. read more

The places is a dump! Chunk of concrete close to the drive thru with pointed jagged edges about the size of a coffee table. The food fits the look. Cold dry biscuits and a raw cinnamon roll. You'd be better off to go up the road a little farther to McDonald's! read more

This has nothing to do with the food. But it has everything to do with the management. The GM is horrendous. Cant ever get anyone in the door, so they're constantly understaffed. GM tries to leave her shift early nearly every other day, trying to force the other managers to come in and cover her. When they do manage to hire people, they're awful workers with awful work ethic. Since shes always working in the morning, if anything is ever wrong or not done its clearly afternoons fault. Afternoon shift is almost always staying over an hour or two after they close just to get things done because of 3 things: a) the work the morning shifts dont do b) awful scheduling leaving them short staffed on their busiest days and c) keeping workers who threaten to walk out on the daily and are just straight up insubordinate. Its ridiculous how poorly this store is run, and nearly all of it is on the GM. read more

i always love going to this restaurant. every time we go to west virginia this is always our go to fast food place.

One of the worst fast food restaurant that I ever ate at. Bathrooms filthy dirty smelled. I ordered a grass fed burger meal. It cost me $10.53 it was just thrown together. It took 10 minutes to get my food. it looked so bad I had to throw it out. I would never recommend this place to anyone. My wife and I were passing through Strasburg I hope other Hardee's aren't like this one. read more
