The burger was good at least and the roast beef sandwich was decent, but it was cold. Called to speak to the manager she said we don't open until 11 AM and wanted to argue about what time they opened. I advised her that we never got any thanks for waiting and we got nothing in return for a visit. When asking if they had a district manager or an owner, she said they had an owner. I asked for the owner's phone number she gave me the phone number. Called the owner he answered hello... Once I advised him what we ordered, then what happened and how the situation went. He didn't apologize at all. He said sounds like you're angry and upset so there's nothing I can really do to help you. Stated that they should not have gave his number out and that he would be taking care of the situation. All I wanted to do was let him know that his business was being ran very poorly and they were very rude. I do not recommend this location until they get it changed or correct their behaviors. No one should be working in fast food. If they're not going to be happy to discuss normal restaurant behaviors, especially whenever customers are waiting 20 minutes for two sandwiches.
