I recently visited the Hardin County Clerk's Office in Radcliff, Kentucky for vehicle registration and was impressed with the overall experience. As a resident of Fort Knox, I found the location to be easily accessible, and the office's convenient spot on the corner made it simple to find. One of the standout features of this office is the ability to pay after hours using the night Dropbox - I did not use this feature, but it is available. I believe this is a huge convenience for those with strengent work hours. The staff at the Radcliff office were friendly and efficient, providing fast service that got me in and out quickly and each time I have visited, there was never a long line. The ample parking was also a bonus, making it easy to find a spot even during busy hours. In comparison to the Hardin County Clerk's Office in Elizabethtown, I found the Radcliff office to be more convenient and accessible. However, I did deduct a star because in order to get a vehicle inspection from the sheriff's office, you still have to go all the way to the Elizabethtown office. This seems like an unnecessary hassle, and I hope that in the future, the Radcliff office will be able to offer this service as well. Cash is the preferred payment method, but payment can be made by personal check, and credit card (with a convenience fee). Overall, I would highly recommend the Hardin County Clerk's Office in Radcliff for vehicle registration and other vehicle tax business. The friendly staff, convenient location, and after-hours payment options make it a great choice for residents of Fort Knox and Radcliff. read more
