Mike gave me an estimate of $815.00 to replace my bathroom ceiling. When finished I was informed that it took him longer than he thought so the final price was $1245.00!!! There was no warning he was going to exceed the estimate , no reason given why it was so much, not even an apology for exceeding the estimate by 34.6%. He robbed me of $430.00!!! I asked Mike to seal a crack in my bathtub drain. He sent me a text saying it would take an hour or so to do a 2-3 minute job. He came the next day and spent 35 minutes in my bathroom. When finished he said it would be $100 for the fix. This is his second attempt to steal from me. Mike sent me an estimate to do my bathroom floor. He proved how unprofessional he is by sending me an estimate for $800 in a text with crossed fingers. That's how unprofessional he is! Couldn't give me a firm estimate after stealing from me. It was his way of saying he's going to steal from me, again. Mike was recommended to me but I no idea why. I hired him to do repairs inside and outside of my home but all he wanted to do was steal. United floors did a spectacular job!…read more Our foyer had hardwoods and apparently the previous owner had run out of supplies and never finished. They helped us to match the hardwood,and installed a beautiful fix. In our kitchen the previous owner installed ceramic tiles but the grout had cracked and many tiles were cracked or come loose. United Floors made recommendations and leveled out the entire area that included the kitchen, pantry, laundry room, and back door area. They installed this new product that looks like ceramic tile but has no grout spaces. Again the floor is beautiful!! They gave us an estimate, and let us bring home samples so we could see what they might look like in our home. They delivered the hardwoods a week early so the wood could adjust to the humidity, etc. in our home. They hung plastic all around the kitchen area to cut down on dust during construction. Finally they did all the work in basically a day! The estimate was exactly what we paid. Their professionalism through every step of the process was outstanding! We are happy to recommend them to you!! You will be pleased!
