He came out looked at our bathroom, then proceeded to explain all the options he considered best, for what we wanted done. He provided a photo portfolio of before and after jobs the company had done. Explaining how they did each job, what worked well for each individual job. Two days later he sent us an estimate, which was about $400 less than another company we contacted previously. We accepted the estimate and scheduled the job. Stan told us the name of the person who would be coming out, and that the job would take two days. We then began prepping the bathroom by removing everything, as we would be replacing the toilet, the vanity and sink, as well as opening up the wall where the original medicine cabinet we purchased would be going. We kept in touch with Stan throughout this process. Little changes were made and Stan had no issues with them, nor did the estimate change. We chose Kohler White for the tub and tiled. Stan recommended we replace the two corner shelves in the bathtub, which they did so with slightly larger ones. Jarrod came out promptly on the time stated. He began prepping the room, for the least amount of dust or debris that might occur. Jarrod did an excellent job on reglazing the bathtub and tiles. It is an immaculate finish. Turning an older tub into looking brand new. Turning older tiles into a beautiful white color. We had very little, if at all, clean up to do when he was finished on day two. We consider the value to be excellent for the job. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to get your tub reglazed or your tiles.

I bought this house 12 years ago now knowing the condition of the floors under the carpet. A large section of pine flooring in an upstairs bedroom had been replaced with plywood and was raised higher than the original floor. Outside the door to that room the floor was cracked broken and buckled. I had two contractors out and one decided he couldn't repair it and the other was so astronomically priced it was out of my abilities. Marlin came in and looked at it and declared he could fix it however it may not be perfectly level depending on what he found after taking out the plywood and broken flooring. His price was very very very reasonable so we booked. Wow! 6 days later I have a beautiful level floor! I also had him sand and finish the old connecting floor in the bedroom and the landing. It is such a relief to see a whole floor! I want to add that he works relentlessly and took care to make sure the job was dust and odor free the entire time he was there. He is a brilliant and amazing contractor that I highly recommend. He will be coming back to do the other two bedrooms and I am looking forward to my second floor being so beautiful I'll want to live up there! Don't hesitate to give him a call for your floors. We saw very little of Doug during the process. His crew cut boards that should not have been cut left many unfinished edges and blew our circuit board which ended with us having no heat in February. They never put the final finish on the floor. Doug collected his money said he would be back to finish the job and was never seen again!

They attempted to refinish my floors twice…read more First attempt the Stain looked good, but once the polyurethane went down there was some kind of reaction and caused bubbles to form throughout the floors and stairs. So they decided to try it again, once again the stain looked good, but once the finish went down something happened. It caused the floor to look like it was now painted and not stained. The bubble issue also came back, so their attempt to fix that issue did not work. They never tried to fix the stairs, so the stairs still have bubbles. Instead they just gave me some money off the price of the stairs, but comes nowhere close to what I paid for them to be done in the first place. I also found that they only attempted to fix part of my closest and not the whole thing. They charged me for a few things that were never done. 1. They were supposed to water pop the floors, which if this was done might of prevented them from needing to put 2 coats of stain down. 2. They charged me to haul away trash from my property, but just ended up putting it in the dumpster I already paid for and had a weight limit allowed. 3. They never put up plastic barriers or taped anything off. So my kitchen and bathroom were dusty. Along with my baseboards being damaged and other things. 4. They were supposed to buff my floor after the second coat of finish before putting the 3rd coat on. This never happened both times. They got stain all over my walls, banister, doors, and bathroom sink and kitchen floor. So now I need to sand and repaint multiple things throughout the house. Also learned they fired the 1 guy who was the lead on doing the work at my house. Going to add some pictures showing the work and mess they left. In the 1 picture you will see the stairs which shows their first attempt and above the stairs in the picture is my hallway which shows how on the second attempt it now looks painted not stained. Overall do not recommend, and I would find another business to do have any work done at your house.
