This place is terrible when it comes to dealing with your money and I'm not talking about the two…read moregirls and the guy that work in the office right there on 24 it's not them they all work with me tried to help me out of a predicament that I got myself into before the new management company took over they are a joke I paid my bill which is outrageous anyway since they took over and every time I pay the bill within two or three days I'm getting phone calls texts and emails telling me that my bill was late and so when I go into the office because calling them it's nothing accomplished so I go in there and it's always one more thing that's been added to the bill but they want me to pay from shit from before they even owned it but we got straightened out back in the beginning of January when I caught all of my bill up I was only a month behind but I made sure I paid everything up everything should have been well taken care of but every month since then I've had nothing but problems now I got to go up there and deal with them again because I've been getting phone calls for the last 2 weeks again really I'm sorry really about it so my phone is for management company can't do their job right but they want to charge you these outrageous prices for shit that they never did anyway they did it with mine charge me $100 to $50 installments for our papers and whatever else they decide it was a part of that 15 hours each and they never even did anything they never put the paperwork through or anything else even the manager lady that I talk to that day is the one who found it and took care of it for me or thought she took care of it for me so they're charging you for things that they've never done and you're supposed to just agree with it or lose your stuff . Run! Do not use if you care about your belongings. (This is…read morea review AFTER recovering our items) We used Keep it Moving to move from Bridgeville Delaware to a storage unit in White Marsh MD. That move was horrible. Even though I opted to have Kenneth come out to see our home (and belongings) and give us a price "guarentee", he underestimated the size truck we needed and I was forced to rent a 15' U-haul. His response when we called to say everything wouldn't fit?? That we lied about how much we were moving...we said we were selling items. When I insisted that was not our conversation, his response then: " If you think I lied let me know now and I'll pull my men." Seriously. Settlement was the next day and he knew I had no options. His crew knew space would be tight so they stacked our items without thought of what was being stacked on what. When we go to the storage unit boxes were crushed, even plastic totes. Because we arrived at the storage unit so late in the evening (after the unit was closed because I had to run around town and find a rental truck)) I was forced to stand at the front door to keep the automatic doors open. I was not able to see how badly they were moving items into the unit. That move was bad enough but I'll move forward to when I removed my items. So many items broken, scratched, busted, reuined. The most expensive item was a top of the line Beautyrest mattress. Only 7 years old and cost over $1500. It was stored on it's side. The "stuffing" fell and the mattress was absolutly ruined. There was a park bench given to my husband 15 years ago. Crushed from the weight of items stacked on it. Many pieces of furniture scratched. Kenneth response: we should know you can't store a matress for so long....we can't prove the damage was caused by his guys... The only item he was willing to take responsibity for was the bench. He offered me .06 cents per pound. It was a 100lb bench so he offered $6.00! No customer service. No accountability. No professionalism. Some pictures of the damage attached.

I knew from the start all of my belongings were not going to fit and the day was only going to get worse. They started at 330pm and after 2 trips back and forth from my old place to my new place and 7 hours later, there is still a lot of things at my old place that could not be moved due to my new complex not allowing moving after 10pm. They broke my daughter's bed and her nightstand. This is a REAL wood bedroom set that cost me clost to 10 grand. My daughter had to spend our 1st night in our new place on the couch. They also chipped my work desk and my bedroom nightstand. After contacting the owner, I have received no phone call back, no email back, and no response from their supposed insurance company either. This was the worse moving experience of my life, and I would never recommend this business TO ANYONE due to its unprofessionalism, recklessness, disorganization, and just total lack of concern for the damage that was done to my belongings!!

This is the most unprofessional company and people we have ever encountered. There were so many things that went wrong but here are a few to highlight and to warn people before they get in business with them. DO NOT HIRE THEM! 1. PACKING (See pictures)- Dishes and cups were just thrown in boxes with no packing material. They also used the truck blankets to cover our dishes, cups, utensils because they didn't bring packing material and is so unsanitary because they use them for covering floors or the trucks. We actually provided them with the packing paper, tape, and scissors to half ass the packing that they did. They didn't even label any boxes so we have no idea where anything is until we unbox everything. We paid for a whole house moving and it even stated on the contract "packing ALL materials. They only packed 70% of our kitchen only and nothing else. We ended up having to go back to the house and fill our SUV multiple times to pack the rest of the house. 2. Their guys were under the influence and smelled like they had just did it in their car before they came into the house. One guy was wearing sunglasses even though it was raining and cloudy the day of the move. I imagine for a service job like a moving company, that should be completely unacceptable but the owner seemed fine with it. I didn't feel comfortable with random people coming into my home and moving our valuables while they're high. They also went through our pantry and ate our toddlers snacks and even decided to throw a couple bags of popcorn in the microwave which they ate halfway and just left the rest on the kitchen counters. 3. Wall and furniture damage (see pictures) they simply said "oh shit my bad" when we pointed it out. They didn't wrap our couch cushions or tables and they're all scratched up and stained from being thrown in the truck. We asked them to fix these things and they said they're too busy for it. It clearly stated on the contract "wrap all items with shrink wrap for maximum protection" LIES. 4. They brought their 10 year old kid on the job who just kept grabbing little things throughout the house and throwing it on the back of the truck. Probably a good idea to ask the customer if bringing your child to the job site is okay beforehand. 5. Appliance damage- they lost hardware for my fridge and washing machine. They also didn't connect the washing machine correctly so when we turned it on, it flooded our laundry room. We asked them to fix it but no one reached out because they said they're too busy. I'm still looking for my desk hardware which they disassembled. 6. Moving items to where they go- I imagine part of a moving job is putting things where they go. These guys didnt do it but when we asked them to put heavy stuff or boxes to where they go, they gave us an attitude for it. We kind of got scared to ask them to move stuff towards the end because they just kept giving us dirty looks and attitude for doing their job we paid for. 7. Terrible customer service- I have tried to reach out to the owner, George Williams many times and he has ignored my calls and texts. I finally get in contact with him today. He was extremely rude and told me "I have other customers besides you". He then texts me "not to call or text him anymore because he wants to get his attorney involved". Dude, you and your company did an extremely terrible job for a service I PAID FOR and you don't want to discuss or fix anything? What the hell kind of company is this? We have 2 young kids so the moving was already stressful but this company just made it 1,000 times worse. There are many moving companies so I would avoid this company. The tricky part is that they lowball the estimate and when they true it up to the actual cost you have no choice but to pay the price. In addition, there are typically many extra costs that are never communicated upfront. I was very concerned about the primitive road that led to my property, but the sales rep was adamant that smaller trucks could deliver and a scout truck would guide the delivery truck. Pure fiction. My delivery driver unloaded everything himself without assistance to a storage unit 23 miles from my home. Numerous items were broken and I lost a few items as well. The $6000 I spent was a colossal waste of money. I could have done the same thing renting a Uhaul truck at a third of the cost. Never again.
