I contacted the owner, who then had Jonathan in the service department contact me (he was the guy who I initially dealt with). I had to come back in a different day, having to take off work, and they couldn't even provide me with a vehicle because of their mishaps. Jonathan could see my frustration and didn't even seem to care. If you have a better option to take your vehicle to, I would recommend it. I will update if anything actually happens.

Great timing and great customer service. My truck stopped running and I called my insurance company…read morefor a tow , the first one they called said under 60 minutes and I had waited over 2 hours, then they called Flash Towing insurance said another 60 minutes. It was dark, late and rainy and I was tired and irritated. Flash Towing came in about 30 minutes or less. The guy Buzzy was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I got home. He even went out of his way to try alternatives so I wouldn't have to pay for towing. You can tell he's just a kind hearted person naturally which really goes along way when you're having a horrible day. I would definitely recommend Flash Towing and this we'll be the only tow service my family or myself will ever use if I ever need one again.
