But what you CAN count on are two people who know furniture, know fabrics and can sew/reupholster new life into your furniture pieces. I had a bonded leather chair that I loved and the factory material was defective. It was literally peeling off. I coordinated with Lois and she and a couple of family members came to my home and picked up the chair. I went to the shop and was able to look at plenty of fabric samples. Lois and her business partner are extremely knowledgeable about the fabrics: brand, type, potential wear and tear and longevity. I picked a fabric and paid a deposit. In my case I was in absolutely no rush to get the chair back but, nevertheless, it was done in two weeks. I coordinated with Lois to have the chair delivered back to my home. The chair was like new! There prices are more than fair and I can't say enough good things about the quality of work. It was really hard to find a reupolstery place here in town-shockingly, so. But this will be my go to recommendation in the future!

After explaining the repair I needed for my leather backpack and that George suggested they may have the machine to repair it. They were delighted to help me and explained the situation that the bag may not be exact to the manufacture stitching, which was ok with me. I just wanted the bag to be repaired so I could continue using the leather backpack. She told me she would be right back, which to my surprise she was actually repairing the bag right then and there. The repair came out great and they were so friendly. I also had a chance to view a few of their finished items for clients while I waited about 5 minutes and they looked great.
