Barely any wait, and everyone was nice. We got a little confused at first trying to find the right room, but that was fine. Only *bad* thing that happened was I forgot I had a pocketknife keychain thing when I went through security, so they had to toss that. Nbd though I really didn't use it. I asked FIVE DIFFERENT TIMES if there was anywhere for my kids to sit bc they were with me-remember they sent my husband back to work 30 minutes prior bc "everything is fine, we're just getting the plates ready". The ladies said no five different times and then copt an attitude and smarted off tha I was causing a problem and that I was teams yes no yes no. I NEVER answered so there was no yes-no at all. I asked if I could have the old plates so I could go to the county tax office and get the plates. No. Can I drive without getting arrested to get them without the plates. No. Can I sit inside. No. Then she starts lying to my face and saying she never told me no when she just did 5 times. She cost the dealer a sale because she was being aggressive, argumentative, and pushy. I DESPISE being rushed through a process to hide someone else's incompetencies and that is 100% what was being done all around. I would absolutely never recommend this location for any title and registration needs at any point in the future. Just go to the county. You'll still wait, and you'll probably still have bored salty employees but at least you'll leave with your paperwork and title and plates.

I can't tell you how many times I look out at my apartment complex and people always leave there bulk trash for their maintenance crew to clean up. That is inconsiderate and disrespectful. I'm a guy that cares about my neighborhood and it's appearance. I also care about disposing of trash and junk the proper way. Respect the environment. The staff that is running this place is very professional and courteous. You do need to be from the area, and you have to show proof that you are a local resident. You just need to chill and wait your turn. Never had to wait too long for my turn. They also have a drop box if you just need to drop off documents but you need to label them correctly so they get to where they need to go. Lock your car and don't leave valuables in your car.

But Ive had a weird experience at the one in the south side. Long story short I bought a place here in town last year. So as I started to register my vehicle from out of state, I began my journey to get all my cars registered in Texas. So I had an irritating experience at the south side one. The lady at counter told me one thing then when I came back a few months later everything sh3 told was wrong and I wasted months getting everything together. When I returned to a different person told myball that I brought was not needed.. So in short if you have business to get done DONT go to the south side one.

I've tried to get my TX license at this location five times and arrived at 230pm each time. They…read moresaid they were not excepting any more people. Yesterday I got there at 1pm and I got in line online. I got in the queue finally! I sat there for 30 minutes and they started to tell people coming in that they were no longer taking any more people and return on Tuesday. They are open on Monday. And they close at 5pm. I'm pretty sure our taxes goes to paying government employees. At 3pm, they finally called my number. It was a quick process from there. However they were having conversations in the open. A young man said, "what are we gong to do? Should we open it up?" The older larger women with short dark brown hair said, "no I live in San Antonio and I want to get home." The African American woman said, "no I want to get out of here before 5." It was 3pm and there were only two more people behind me. So as other people trickled in, they were forced to take them in. There were five employees standing around doing nothing as each citizen waits 2-5 hours! Taking time from their busy work life. And these lazy employees who receive a paycheck from our taxes, can't even do their job! I want the right to fire them. If I ran that department, I would fire these ladies and have the most efficient department making good use of tax payers money! I don't like to give these type of reviews no matter how unhappy I am with a business but this review was warranted. I was upset for other people being turned away and the five times I was turned away.
