Went in and asked what they had, got a pretty standard "we have this this and this" and storekeep really didn't have any opinions on which ones to buy. Didn't know prices either. Picked one and tried at home for a day. Awful stuff. Felt like I was huffing burnt plastic and lighter fluid. Oil was leaking out of the tank. Felt no discernable benefit and got a slight headache everytime I used it. I Have not had this experience with other cartridges and have never felt like it was shredding my lung tissue before. Took back to store because this product was of low or defective quality. Was told no refund and no exchanges because I'd already used it. Yeah, how else was I going to find out it was cooking oil? Place is just a mediocre run of the mill New York smoke shop -- maybe one step above the bodega -- and should probably stay away from selling products they haven't researched. Especially if it could damage the health of their clientele.

I went out and came home to my cartridge being burst and leaking inside the battery. I called and explained what happened and asked for a replacement. Once I was able to come back the owner but a cartridge in and blew smoke to prove it worked. But then was neither willing to exchange or even take ownership for the fact that his battery broke my cartridge. Not to mention the battery I got before also broke. The gentleman was not originally (technically) rude but was not really listening to anything I was saying as I would tell him: "No thank you." as I was trying to browse his 8-10 box humidor as best I could. Virtually every cigar I was inspecting was either rock hard or mushy in various spots. None of these signs point to cigars that are properly cared for. I did not see any type of humidification and the temperature and space was basically that of a closet with the door wide open. When I asked what he was using to humidify these cigars he told me they don't need it... O_o He then tried to explain to me that a Cohiba Red Dot was a Cuban cigar... I asked him: "Do you know anything about cigars?" He responded: "Not really." He was only going on what he's been told. I took a moment to explain and he seemed receptive but when he tried to sell me those cigars again --- $20 a stick for Cohiba Red Dot...hard as rocks mind you. He got irritated with me when I said no thank you and I just politely took my leave. This is not a place to buy cigars.
