I frequent this spot cause it's 1/2 block from my girls job. I've somewhat become a regular of going there and they always take great care of me. They have given me deals almost every time and the last time the dude gave me a killer deal but the color I wanted was only left in the display so I agreed on it. I'm a huge vape enthusiasts and own more than one human should including enough juice to start my own store. But this vape had sticky buttons after charging later that night and it did not function properly and made one of my sun ohm coils catch fire. I returned the next day before (on my way to) work as it's right off the Barclay stop that I need to switch trains to I figured I'd run over quick. This was my first time ever going in before like 8-9pm. It was about 1pm(ish) and an older gentleman was in there and I explained everything to him and he originally told me the kid will be here in 2 hours and I said I have to go to work so he took the time to try on a coil and he saw what I was talking about and it would not stop firing. He called the kid, verified my last nights purchase and gave me a quick and painless exchange for a new one. I really like this spot and hope they get a few newer higher end mods and maybe some mechanical mods aside from 1 vgod cause there still is a demand for them. The vgod is an amazing mech mod by the way and the vgod tank they have both and the box mod but they have the price a bit too high on that one currently. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent all in one kit or a huge selection of juice. Mech mods and drip tank selections are a bit slim but hopefully that changes as they progress with this every fast changing industry. read more

I bought a DaVinci IQ there 2 months ago. It's garbage and stopped working after less than a month -- the 10 year warranty is BS since the DaVinci manufacturer immediately blames you for not cleaning it, dropping it, whatever it takes to not stand behind it and get you off the phone. Today I went to see if Vape would work with me since I spent $280 on it, no discount requested. I was told I need to call and talk to Mohammed (the owner) between 9:00 and noon tomorrow morning. I guess I knew I was taking a mild risk when I bought it, but the salesperson insisted I wanted the DaVinci vs. the known Pax and I took his recommendation. Stay tuned as I'll update with the results... UPDATE: Spoke to the owner today and he offered to help me work with the manufacturer to get it fixed! If that doesn't work he also offered to look into a refund or a comparable replacement. Bumped up to 5 stars for their customer service! read more

I've walked by here so many times and never thought to go in and browse. Mohammed, the owner, is really friendly and gave me some great suggestions. His juice selection is a lot larger than you would expect for a shop of this size. I have a new favorite place to go get my juice, and if you're in the neighborhood look no further. These guys are straight-up THIEVES. That don't stand behind the product there selling. I purchased a jump dry-herb vape on Wednesday on Thursday I returned to the store due to the fact that the vape wasn't working. The vape would become warm but taking a pull/hit from it did not work. I pulled but no smoke produced. After explaining, the answer I got was "most of the time they work. We won't exchange it, you have to ship it to the manufacturer." This is the answer I get for a 24hr prior defective purchase from these immoral thieves! I now have to go through the time consuming process of stopping payment through my bank because these DOUCHES couldn't do the right thing. Karma will bite! read more

I walked into Brooklyn Vape Not expecting much considering the place looks like a converted bodega at first glance but I was glad to discover that they are extremely well stocked with many different types of vaping devises and all kinds of juices as well. The prices are good as well and they don't try to push any product on you. Infant the staff is extremely helpful and Knowledgeable. They let you try any flavor so you don't take a chance on getting something that you don't like. I recommend this place. read more

This is entirely based on the ecig equipment at service. They have a huge variety of Halo flavors, plus some from NicQuid and Evo and a couple whose names I didn't see. They stock Evo and Kanger batteries and tanks and at least one large mod (I'm too new to know the lingo for those). Guy running the shop when I went in was super-friendly and said he's got a "kid" who comes in late on Tuesdays who apparently knows more about ecigs. First place I've found that carries Halo juices, and he says he's getting Halo batteries in soon. Will be coming back. read more

Friendly people. Good products. BUT I've been overcharged twice on my credit card by these guys. Make sure you ask for your receipt or use cash only. Both times, they flashed me the receipt and I left it behind on good faith as I'm a regular customer. Both times, it was supposed to be for $20. Standard price for their higher quality 30mL of juice. Once I was charged $60. The other time I was charged $40. I want to think it was a mistake but not twice in a row. read more

I too walked past this place all the time, assuming it wasn't a true vape shop because on first impression, it looks like a candy store. But I decided to go in today and I couldn't be more pleased. The gentleman who waited on me (I didn't get his name) was very helpful and patient, and I really appreciated being given the opportunity to try some of their products. They have an impressive array of e-juice--much more than I expected--and some pretty nice hardware too. Prices on the juice seem competitive and you can't beat the service. These guys are complete and utter failures when it comes to vape knowledge and their prices are more than double than online or at a REAL vape shop. Absolute thieves. I had one guy sit there and try and tell me the coils he sold me were for the smok big baby tank but they were significantly bigger and being new to the vape world I figured he would know what he was talking about. You know, because he works a "vape shop" and all. Well stupid ol' me bought into his bullshit and when I tried to put the coil in it was way too big and definetly was not for the big baby. When I went back in he proceeded to tell me I didn't have the big baby even though he was HOLDING IT. He pointed at the big baby beast or king beast and said that one of those was the big baby. I should have known better but regardless I was ripped off, lied to, and he would not let me return the coils. Fuck this place and that moron with the bandana who knew nothing about tanks or coils and decided to charge me $40 for a $21.99 ejuice. Avoid at all costs. Straight thieves/morons. read more
