Live almost 3 hours away. Paid for two tires about 2 weeks ago. Received text 9/2/25 that they were…read morein. Took motorcycle in on trailer to have installed. Saw two tires there but one was not the correct one. Salesman went looking for it and stated one tire came in 8/31 and the other 9/2/25 when the other worker stated he texted me. The tire wasn't located and I stated they probably sold it to someone else. Clearly the business's mistake. Salesman said he would order the correct tire and have it next week. I asked if the business was willing to install the tires without cost because it was their error and we drove a long way expecting two new tires. A young manager came out and said the best they could do is charge $10 less than regular cost of installation at $120 per tire and waive some other fee. Then he blamed the error on the shipment when two workers clearly verified that both tires arrived to the business. I called him out about that lie. He then said he can't waive the installation fee because it would come out of the mechanic's pockets. I stated why would he do that to his mechanic when clearly it was the business's mistake not the mechanic. If anyone should eat the cost, it would be him as the manager; he makes more than the employees and he should try to make things right. I also told him he needs to take accountability and own that they made a mistake. He never took responsibility for their mistake. Very disappointed; should've bought tires from Cortez, CO instead. You might want to think twice before going to this place.

I had a break down in the middle of a long distance trip. I took my bike to Fun Center, arriving…read moreat. Little after 8:00 am (they open at 8:30). A couple of the guys from the service team were waiting to start work. When I asked, they both assured my that my bike would get looked at right away. Brett Crawford - Assistant General Manager - showed up around 8:15. He immediately had me bring the bike in and explain the problem. In no time they had it in the back, diagnosed, and repaired - all much quicker and at a much lower cost than I could have expected. Brett was very helpful and kept me informed through the whole process. All the service techs were friendly and helpful. About the only problem I have is they're 400 miles from my home. If I lived closer, I'd use this dealer exclusively for my service needs. All in all, a great experience - these guys saved my whole trip.
