Big waste of money. Last September I went to Dr. M. to remove an ingrown nail. He wanted an obscene…read moreamount of money for this simple procedure. I advised him that I had a toe fungus and needed treatment. I told him that I knew this from a previous diagnosis but he insisted that I get a lab test $290. 00 to make sure. After not hearing back on the results for two months, I called back twice to find that it was, what I told him, toe fungus. He called in a prescription to CVS after several calls for an antifungal. And it was the most expensive one. I couldn't afford it, so I called to ask to prescribe a less expensive option. "Sure, no problem." It never happened, he never called it in. With the 60.00 co-pay, I'm 350.00 out of pocket and nothing has been treated. His assistant did cut my ingrown nail, but it was like having it ripped off by pliers. It was PAINFUL and useless. Went in for a small BB sized lump on bottom of toe said he couldn't tell what it was but an ultrasound could tell. He did the ultrasound and could only find the mass once. Couldn't get a good picture and couldn't see what it was. So I basically paid 163.00 for nothing. Was told to take alevee or put voltran on it. Or if I really wanted I could surgically remove it. Why would I do that he couldn't even perform an ultrasound. He didn't sound confident at all. Save your time and money and find someone else.
