I understand equipment problems happen, but customer safety and comfort should come first. Sitting in cold temperatures for over an hour isn't just uncomfortable, it's a health concern. What made this worse was the lack of response to the situation. No effort to move guests, offer refunds, or even acknowledge the issue. It felt like profit mattered more than people. I truly hope management addresses this, because no one should have to endure that kind of experience after paying for a ticket.

It's never overly crowded, employees are helpful and friendly and the theatres are clean. There are not a lot of frills; no reclining heated seats or anything like that, but the seats are very comfortable. You do have to go through the concessions to get to your theatre which can get a little crowded, but smart marketing move. I'd highly recommend this theater for your next movie night!

( I guess that doesn't apply here) We then go sit down in theater 10. Obviously with a bunch of people packed into a theater it's bound to get hot. About an hour into the movie I could tell my partner was very hot and I started to get hot as well. In the petition comments, the executive director's behavior is described as disrespectful, unprofessional, mean, caustic, abusive, unbearable, unsupportive, righteous, competitive, unfriendly, bullying, awful, extremely rude, difficult, unhealthy, vindictive, and vile. As stated in the petition, tenants and community members feel disrespected, humiliated, slighted, uncomfortable, censored, fearful oof retaliation, intimidated, insulted, fearful of retribution by the executive director. The executive director is known to use racial slurs, slander, and generally abusive behavior on a daily basis according to the petition comments. She is also known to viciously scold children and use vulgar language in front of them.
