On top of that, the front desk lady then denied ever telling me to make a phone call to get information, even though she had just asked me to. At that point, I decided I didn't want to deal with the unprofessional energy and said I was going to leave. As I walked out, both the doctor and the front desk lady said "good." I came in already in pain and just wanted care, but what I got was rudeness, lies, and a complete lack of compassion. No patient should ever be treated this way, especially when they are already vulnerable. I will never return here, and I strongly advise others to find a doctor's office that respects and values their patients.
