Multiple dates of service were denied because they did not enter the correct CPT codes and when my Health Insurance requested updated information, they simply ignored multiple letters that were sent to them. Mistakes happen, but what I can't understand is the attitude I received from Jennifer the owner regarding mistakes that were made on their part. Left messages for her to call me back, which were never returned and when I finally reached her and questioned why she did not return my call she blamed the friendly front desk. I repeatedly questioned the mistakes and asked her to resubmit the claims, she became frustrated and told me this was something she did not understand, which is a sad excuse for the owner of a business to actually admit. Not only did she not understand she took no steps to understand and did not help me with the situation. I am writing a yelp review in hopes that this wakes them up and they learn how to submit claims and bill correctly. Oh and 6 months later and they still have not submitted the claims correctly. My experience at this office was completely unacceptable. This is the third time I've accompanied…read moremy grandmother, who suffers from severe pain, and every visit has been frustrating because of the way patients are treated at the front desk. I believe the front desk employee's name is Liz. During every visit, she has come across as dismissive, impatient, and unprofessional. She spoke to us with an attitude that made us feel like we were an inconvenience, and I witnessed her treating other patients in a similarly disrespectful manner. The front desk is the first impression of any medical office, and her behavior reflects very poorly on the practice. Patients who are already dealing with illness or pain deserve compassion and respect, not rudeness. Management should seriously address the customer service at the front desk before more patients choose to leave. I will not be returning to this office, and I will be recommending that friends and family seek care elsewhere.
