The woman who helped me would NOT make eye contact with me and she grumbled under her breath that i could make an appointment but it would only be worth a percentage of the original value. Um, ok. I made an appointment for the following week. After discovering I could not make the appointment, I gave it to my friend to use, explaining to her that she would have to pay a couple of bucks. Well, she went in and explained the situation and the gal said they were "non transferable." REALLY?!?!?? NO WHERE on this generic gift certificate did it state any rules. I am saddened by the rudeness and lack of professionalism this establishment displayed. They think because they are the only game in town, they can act like this?! Terrible. Don't flip people off while driving a company truck. It's bad for business. Oh well. Namaste.

I had spent $520 they are now asking me to spend another $360, $880 for botox just in my forehead is ridiculous!! I have gone to this spa for over 2 years now you would think they would want to make it at least half right , I had been rescheduled numerous times the day of my appointments due to no injector available and the last appointment they changed what I normally use because they didn't have anything else and now they say to me some products don't work for some people!! We spent $300 on bloodwork that ended up being inaccurate because it was performed at the wrong time of day. In addition, the owner acts as a gatekeeper and gives medical advice to clients despite having no medical training or credentials. There are companies in just the Salt Lake Valley alone that are more knowledgeable, professional, and affordable. We stopped going to Quintessence at the end of September/beginning of October. Despite that, they double charged us in October and now we see they've charged us again. It took almost 3 weeks for them to refund us in October and they gave us excuses every time we followed up with them. In addition, they billed us wrong almost every single month we were utilizing their services. Overall, we are unhappy with the service we received from Quintessence, and these erroneous charges are just the icing on the cake. I can't recommend this company and will be telling friends and family to stay away.
