We feel indebted to her for commitment to our family in supporting the move into Palmettos. She would even text us off-hours to see how things were going for our transition. I witnessed their maintenance director, Sonny - also a peach to be with, training new employees which showed me there is a comprehensive training program for new employees. We had the "pleasure" of participating in a fire drill on day two while we were setting up mom's apartment.
