Although she listened she didn't really hear us - she was only concerned about what she thought, and ignored our concerns and questions. We felt that she didn't have the "heart" to help people but did her work because of money. We sorta felt ripped-off because half way through our appointment she blurted out that she's going to refer us to someone else. We spent a specialist fee to get pushed to someone else. If you want a humane real person to treat you than run far far away from Dr. Lisa Ereifej. Docs like her make the care profession look really really bad.
