I started with my oldest Shih Tzu and went to Poochini based on Yelp reviews. My dog was assigned to Joey, and I cannot speak highly enough of his care and talent! So glad we found this place! It is efficiently run by Theo and as I wait for my dog, I observe other dogs coming out. They all look great! Joey is so kind to my dogs, he puts even the skittish rescue at ease. I will definitely keep using Poochini and highly recommend them to anyone whose dog needs kind and professional grooming.

Grooming Review I am…read moreso impressed with the grooming salon at Petco. I made a super easy appointment for my dogs to get groomed from the Petco App. Wowsers! It was so easy and I got them in within a day and on Christmas Eve morning! Tatiana is the groomer that worked with my babies. I have a nervous Nelly 5 year old Jack Russell Terrier and a 14 year old black lab that has some joint issues. She got them both done and out in two hours! The price was really good considering I got them the works with a holiday package add on. They both look amazing and smell like sugar cookies. She was even able to get their nails done and they are so soft. They feel like stuffed animals. I'm so glad I tried out Petco for grooming. We will be back! I called the other day to set up an appointment and told the nice lady on the phone this was our first time being groomed and wanted everything done.She gave me a price of $50 and set the appointment for 10 AM today. The problem started when I called from the parking lot to let them know I was there. The young lady who answered asked why I was there and I told her to get my dog groomed. She asked exactly what I wanted done and I told here "everything". She then started asking exactly what was I there for. What EXACTLY did I want done. I tried to explain that this was our first time and I wasnt sure what came with the grooming, but I wanted it all done. She handed the phone off to another lady for whatever reason who asked me the same question. I explained again I wanted the whole package like we had discussed a couple of days ago. She told me that she was the groomer and she couldnt help me if I didnt tell her exactly what I wanted done. I apologized and said I wasnt trying to be difficult. I just hadnt expected to give specifics on what was to be done since I had never been to a dog groomer before. She got upset and aggressive and told me she couldnt help me then. I told her that was fine I would just go somewhere else. At this point she forgot to hang up the phone and started taking to the other girl there about what an idiot I was and how they didnt want my stupid business anyways. I walked in to let her k ow she forgot to hang up the phone and I could hear everything they were saying. At which point the young girl literally chased me out of the building screaming at me. Needless to say, it was a terrible experience.

Love Aries! Used a different day camp previously, which was ok but this is definitely on another…read morelevel. Staff are super attentive and nice, know my dogs Luna and Moody, take great care of them, they're always happy to go in, just waltz right in. Also good seeing consistent staff, same faces which was not the case at the previous place we used. It's all indoor, separated by weight which is also one of the best parts of Aries. Currently only open Tuesday through Friday likely due to staffing. Wish they were open more days! They are a little more expensive than the previous place we used, but worth it. Kong meal/snack is extra or included however you wanna look at it. They do have packages to bring the cost down, pay more up front for multiple days. I think comes out to about $27 a day with the package. They do have an extensive weeding out process which is good because it ensures only quality dogs are there, make sure they get along with other dogs, do ok in the kennel for a period of time. They also require vaccinations and tick/flea prevention. Notes I took when considering them v. Others: * Fecal exam giardia, parasites and coccidia within last 6-8 months * Flea and tick treatment, natural essential oils too ok * Intro 15 min then 1 hr later day free, T-F 830-1030 or 130-330 * hours: 7-1115, crate till 1245, back out till 415 then crated until end of day 6 * $1 per meal regardless if bring food or not * All indoor * No vet on call but has set up with vet nearby * No overnight * Grooming $45-55 * Walk in daycare * $30 full day * Buy 9 get 1 free or buy 17 get 3 free non-refundable Hope this helps other neurotic pet parents like me! We were referred to St. Francis Animal Clinic from a family friend recently after we adopted a dog…read more I of course want the best for our new pup, but budget was a concern because my late dogs previous vet was extremely expensive and I felt like the service was always sub-par. We were pleasantly surprised by the affordability of St. Francis, but more importantly by the exceptional service. From the lady thay checks you in at the front desk to the vet. Everybody was incredibly kind to our Roxy who was apprehensive and nervous. By about mid-way through the appointment Roxy had calmed down a ton because of all of the love and affection she was receiving from the staff. She got her shots updated and a clean bill of health. St. Francis has earned our trust and will now be the go to veterinarian for all of our pets.
