Ryan contacted me the same day by text message and he was very friendly and caring. I told him that my father had not passed away yet, but I was interested in their services. He said I could contact him whenever I needed too, he was very considerate. My father passed away on the morning of March 24th, 2026. I contacted Ryan and inquired about what he could do to help with the process. He was again nice and exceedingly kind. He offered me a payment plan for the package I chose. I paid the first payment plan of $750 which he split into 3 links that I could send to separate family members. They were able to retrieve my father's body and complete the cremation process while they kept me informed the whole time and awaited the final payment. I picked up my father's ashes on April 17, 2026, from the funeral home in Union, New Jersey. I had to travel from upstate New York, and I arrived a little late, but they were exceedingly kind when I arrived. My father died in Staten Island, New York and living upstate New York I had no idea how I was gonna handle everything. InPeace was amazing and kindhearted, and they made the entire process remarkably easy. I knew my father's final wish was to be cremated, and I do not know what I would have done without all their help. I know it is not traditional to use online services for end-of-life arrangements, but everything turned out much better than I expected. Thank You so much to InPeace.
