I called at 4 pm Friday Jan 4th and made an appointment for today between 8am to 11 am. The same lady I spoke to denied making the appointment at all despite them sending a message to confirm on Friday. She then looked and found the appointment and said she will call the dispatcher to see where they are but they basically forgot they made an appointment for today. I canceled the appointment. This was very unprofessional and now it set me back 4 days in my washing machine repair! I'm livid! read more

I have been utilizing Harmony Home Care in Chesapeake for the past two months in order to take care of my husband who has dementia. They have provided consistent caregiver, who has been professional and friendly. I have utilized three other home care agencies in the past and I am so pleased with the professionalism of office staff and my caregiver. I highly recommend Harmony home Care, Chesapeake, Virginia. i came in one day last week to fill out an application the lady in the first office on the left was very unprofessional . she was loud and cursing,having conversations that wasn't appropriate for the office. she also was rude. i have heard good things about this company but while doing the application i have changed my mind. and will seek employment else where. read more
