Here was my experience from beginning to end. I called to make an appointment and the lady that answered the phone acted like she knew me already very upbeat and bubbly like she was my friend! I then made the appointment and was able to get in within an hour. When I entered, I was greeted and able to tell the person I was talking to exactly what I wanted. She directed me to a room and the person massaging me began the massage face down with my body covered, and she began doing compression, which is light pushing on my back arms, glute area, legs, feet and neck. She then rolled back my sheet all the way down to where my butt cheeks end. Just so you know this is the Asian massage way. It's not weird at all. If you are weird about these things, you should not get a massage at these places. It's just a body. These places get a bad rep because of the things that go on at other places. Anyway... She then used oil and massaged my body (neck, arms, shoulders, back and lower back, glutes, legs for about a half hour, then she turned me over and massaged my feet and my legs. She used hot stones on the same areas briefly, then she used a very warm towel to wipe off the oil on my body, which I appreciated. She gave me a very nice scalp massage as well. For $60 this is amazing and I gave her a $20 tip because it was worth it! If you go and get a regular massage at a regular spot, it cost about $130-$160.00 at the very least. The only constructive criticism I have would be that the room itself had nice relaxing spa music in it, but the general area in the front had some pounding music going, which competed with the spa music and made it really difficult to fully relax or fall asleep. If it wasn't for this, it would've been absolutely perfect and so I'm writing this to allow the establishment to understand that when you are in a Zen state, it's important to keep things consistent. Maybe have the music the same on the outside as the inside of the rooms, and when you have no patron, that's when you can play your thumping music That would be the only thing that I would love to see improved upon. When I was done with my massage, the lady that had answered the phone to begin with checked me out and was very very kind and caring. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely be back at least once a month if not more.

In the future I would suggest letting the customers know what the options are for different massages. Most people want foot massage.

A year ago I fell down a flight of stairs and literally dented my hip. I had a hematoma that had to…read morebe drained three times with a massive syringe. It was ugly. Months later, I had plastic surgery to correct it but I had lots of pain when sitting, walking, sleeping, and was still left with a dent. Sharon did myofascial release on my hip and was able to relieve my pain and the dent has subsided a great deal. I saw my plastic surgeon yesterday and he was so impressed that he took photos for his book. Sharon works out of Young Chiropractic in Ben Lomond, but for established patients you can also meet at her private massage studio at her home in Boulder Creek. She also travels to clients' homes if they are in the San Lorenzo area. Her fees are reasonable. Highly recommended.

I did not expect to write a his review…read more I went in for a last minute massage tonight while my kid was at baseball practice. I called in advance and they were accommodating. I will start by saying, this was one of the BEST massages of my life. My lower back and body has been really sore lately and I was so happy with the pressure and attention to detail the masseuse offered. She really gave me a great massage and even did hot stones (I didn't ask for them, but this was a great). The problem, and why I'm not sure if I'll ever go back: after the massage, I gave her my tip-- I generally tip 20 percent of I get good service regardless of if I'm at a restaurant, bar, or getting a massage or whatever. In the his case, my 90 minute massage was $100, so I had ed her a $20 bill. She actually said this word for word: "I want more! This is very hard work" I have never been asked by anyone at any establishment I've been to leave more of a tip than I chose to leave. I was in shock as I just went from a very satisfied and happy customer to feeling awkward and obligated in a matter of seconds. I ended up giving her $10 more, and I wish I hadn't. I honestly didn't have words to tell her as I was still ing some what it a dog post massage. If the owner reads this, or you were the owner giving me my massage: would you rather me come back over and over again and tip 20 percent (as I was planning to do because I was so stoked on the actual massage), or would you rather me never come back again because I'm now concerned that I have to deal with an employee asking me for more money after I had already paid $120?
