This is a medical clinic with all kinds of different doctors and specialties, and if you don't have insurance you'll be totally priced out - as you will at most clinics - but generally speaking they offer good services and seemed pretty friendly and helpful, as much as one can be in America.

There are several Medical Offices and different types of doctors on premises. I don't have medical insurance, so of course they wouldn't see me, but perhaps you will have better luck - especially if you have insurance.

Unfortunately, there are only 3 medical offices. Most of time, 2 of them are closed. Not too long ago, I was desperately looking for someone to treat my condition. But I can't find any urgent care or available doctors at any of these offices. See what I mean? Something is missing here. In my honest opinion, there should be some doctors would open their practices to fill these open spaces. I don't mean to open an urgent care at this mall. Because there are not enough parking spaces to accommodate at Dynasty Plaza. Alas, Dynasty Medical Center is still a pretty good location for patients. Just look at these new restaurants opened up recent months. I hope to see this mall prosper.

He addresses issues in a predominantly Western medicine approach, but understands the Eastern medicine ways and doesn't shy away from them. The nurses in his office are also very friendly. Bilingual Chinese and Spanish speaking nurses are available for translations.

It's pretty cool and we come here on a regular basis (not to this clinic but to this plaza in Chinatown), and we drove and walked past this a million times, but only recently did we make it a mission to go into every single business and talk to them and ask what kind of stuff they're doing. So this definitely seems like a high care high quality medium-to-expensive price-wise business, a very specialized medical place that can help you if you're suffering from these unfortunate problems.

The representative told me they ARE accepting new patients and would need to verify my husband's insurance and would call me back in 2-3 hours to lock down an appointment for 4pm. I waited and did not receive a call back. So then I called and the first thing she tells me is that my husband's insurance isn't accepted by this doctor. I ask how that is possible, since I found this doctor through my huband's insurance online account. I verified beforehand that this doctor was in-network. She asks me to wait and then tells me they are NOT accepting new patients. I call back and speak in Vietnamese to a different representative. He tells me they ARE accepting new patients. So I call them on their BS. And he tells me that their system is down and they were not able to fully verify my husband's insurance. I ask why someone told me they did verify and that they don't accept it. He then says they don't have room for new patients. BS.
