I decided to try Elevations Physical Therapy after a colleague recommended this place and I am SO happy I did. Christian has worked magic on my shoulder with his dry needling and manipulation therapy of the muscle. He also spends the whole session one-on-one with me and gives me very doable exercises to do at home. He even provided me bands to use at home for my exercises. Point is- go school the whole community if you're concerned about folks not having proper tires and/or know-how in general. Condescending folks are annoying. And there are lots of therapists around here so I'll find another one that has tact and cares about people and doing the right thing over trying to be passive aggressive.
