Well turns out she got ripped off on the mortgage and wasn't even allowed to put in the bid she wanted, she was told full price from her own agent. Well months later we found out the boiler and furnace were complete junk and the well under the house that no one ever mentioned flooded. When trying to reach out to her she won't even call back. The owner never received the inspection report, she was just told everything was ok. This is by far the worst experience and this agent is a horrible person. Good to know not one broker has reached out.

She accused us of not being able to get a mortgage, frequently called our mortgage company, and was poor at communicating with us, the actual buyers, and our realtor. Seller ended the sale because she felt that she was being ignored, even though our lawyer was in contact with her lawyer regularly. Then the very next day the realtor tried to convince us to revive the P&S. We were not interested in doing business with an unreliable seller. We found out today that she LIED to her broker and told him that we were the ones that called off the sale, despite us having a signed document from the SELLER's lawyer saying otherwise. Avoid Shawna Hansen if you are buying in Middlesex County Massachusetts.

For those who aren't aware, it's a seller's market in the housing industry right now. Seller's market = buyer's nightmare, as house hunting becomes more like hunting for the holy grail. So, what do you do? Well, if you're like me, you desperately turn to Zillow to conduct house searches incessantly into the night. Soon, you run into a young, up and coming realtor hot to get his name and prospects out there so he can eventually write his own ticket before he retires. Next thing you know, you're exchanging names and phone numbers whilst simultaneously comparing housing listings you each saw. You settle on that one house and place a bid. Well, no....at first you don't because your wife wants a double sink. Then, only after you remind her that she'll basically have her own bathroom anyway, you place the bid because your super smart, hot, young realtor caught onto the fact that the agent listing the place for sale apparently didn't post certain documentation which would have otherwise taken it off the market on day 1. In case you couldn't tell, this was basically my entire experience. Closing went fast, considering the fact that I had to sign (and re-sign) 3 trees' worth of papers. Also, the head realtor lady person was late. But, she looked hella busy, so I gave it a pass. What I especially liked was that they gave us door prizes. Gifts...for purchasing a new home. And, lemme tell ya....this isn't my first home purchase. But I damn sure never received a bottle of champagne for my troubles. Almost makes the whole struggle worth it. For 2 months....2 months....we've been between homes. Snyder made sure that wouldn't last much longer, got our paperwork processed, and got us into our new house faster than you can say, "SELL SELL SELL!" All in all, I'd say they dun' good. Especially impressive, when you consider the realtor I was working with this entire time....graduated high school last year. LAST YEAR! I'm old enough to be his dad! Shit, I'm old!! The Snyder Group gets 5 overly enthusiastic real estate agents wet behind the ears with a hunger for success out of 5.

If you're an engineer type like me, he'll give you a spreadsheet market analysis, if you are are more mood and feel, he will speak to that. 5) Great negotiator 6) Super punctual and responsive, we pulled off a 30-day closing window which wouldn't have been possible w/o Rich's professionalism I could go on. So, we wanted to look at all available options. Rick provided an alternative lease purchase option, which I found unique and secure, despite initial skepticism. Rick facilitated getting a good and qualified tenant/buyer and put all the contracts in place. We have a very good, trustworthy family living in our home who has already done some remodeling with our approval. We didn't have to rent it out to somebody who could trash it, because with the property being in a college area, that's more likely to happen. We have peace of mind knowing that they'll take care of the house, especially since they'll be buying it at the end of the lease term. This deal worked out extremely well because the lease purchase monthly payment and additional down payments cover the mortgage and allowed us to proceed with getting a loan to purchase the next property for my daughter. We are extremely pleased with the smooth process, and Rick's professionalism and reliability. Despite Rick having completed his obligations, he still checks in with us to ensure everything continues to go smoothly until the tenant/buyer is successful in getting to the finish line and buying the home. I know we can rely on Rick and that he'll be there. So, that's great!

Great north is the rock bottom of the customer service world in my opinion, the 1.6 stars speaks volumes to the company's competency. Looks to me the only ones happy are the people that work there. Lydia is also patient and cares about the buyers' needs which is why we never hesitated communicating our private discussions to her. Whether it was looking at a condo or a house (my boyfriend and I were very indecisive), Lydia made something as big as signing a 30 year mortgage- easy and fun!
