Leah and her staff were also on a recommend list... my partner reached out to Leah and explained our situation of the horrible experience we just had and hoped Leah could take me for the rest of my massages/treatment. Leah was so accommodating and amazing on the phone. She got me in right away. First session was a complete turn around for my Treatment. I say TREATMENT cause that's what Leah provides. I was already from the surgery in so much pain that after the first session I knew I was in good hands. I was told my massage was $120 but they deducted $165 from my gift card. Very bad customer service and lack of knowledge. A total headache utilizing my gift card. Karina the Supervisor talked over me trying to prove her point which is unprofessional as Manager. Granted I had to call a staff that no longer works there to see what services I did get complete because they couldn't explain that dates and times of services. You printed out a document that made no sense to me and as mentioned you must communicate the transaction along with receipt after each service upon redeeming the gift card.
