The issue is that the massage I received was only 45 minutes, even though an hour massage had been booked and paid for. Since this was a birthday gift, I wasn't aware of the length of the appointment until we checked out. When I mentioned to the front desk that my hour massage had ended after only 45 minutes, the response I received was essentially a shrug and no effort was made to address the issue. I was still charged the full amount for an hour service despite not receiving the full hour. I'm disappointed not only that I didn't receive the service that was booked and paid for, but also that the staff made no attempt to make the situation right or explain why it happened. I'm not sure if there was a miscommunication to Monica for the amount of time booked, or if she was the one who made the mistake. Either way, the massage was very good. Stan Yip, the man behind Rejuvenate Massage, is a kind, thoughtful, and hardworking professional with incredibly detailed knowledge of the human body and how to treat it via conservative means. He responds quickly to text messages for scheduling appointments. I typically arrive 5 minutes before the appointment, and I find him in the waiting room waiting for ME. Wow! We get started immediately. Throughout the massage he answers my questions about pain points in the body. He even went so far as to look at my MRI so he could treat my condition with medical accuracy. I've never had a masseuse work so hard to please his clients. He does a great job of responding to tension and applying just the right amount of pressure. He also does a great job with cupping therapy. He is simply an outstanding masseuse. I would give him 6 stars if I could. I hope to find more professionals like Stan for helping other details of my life. Located in the same plaza as many esteemed Vietnamese businesses (#1), it is always tempting to go here after food coma to cap off a wonderful evening in this part of town. For foot massages they have a great staff of guys who really know how to go deep tissue on the soles. This is a very underappreciated aspect since many foot foot fashions don't always have the power behind the name. Most of them are in the narrow corridor between the lobby and private rooms. The sofa chairs are comfy and they do a good job of maintaining tranquility so that music isn't too overwhelming or conversations aren't too audible. The offer back walking and deep tissue massages for the back in private rooms. I believe there are also couples options, but I tend to come here for foot more so than back. The ladder has been also quite good, as the men and women who work here are strong. Most the time English is a challenge, but Chinese should be no issue.
