Last week we had a very large Long Needle Pine Tree removed by Hans and his team. When they left my yard the only thing that was noticeably different was the tree was gone. No marks or gouges in our lawn, no pieces of branches around. They even cleaned up all the dried up Pine needles that were all over my driveway walkway and around garage area. I had been hounding my landlord for years to clean up the property, thinking it was affecting mine and my neighbors business. I took a look at my lease, and found out that all landscaping is MY RESPONSIBILITY!!! At first I was upset this would cost me money, but realized this was a blessing in disguise as I now had full control over the most important marketing for a barbershop, a beautiful and welcoming entrance for old and new customers. I'm not a landscaping expert, so I was both picky and vague (I'm such a great client ;-), but Mike fully understood and delivered on what I wanted: 1. Save all the trees that weren't dying. 2. Trim down any tree limbs/shrubbery blocking the historic building and signage for mine and my neighbors shops. 3. Make it pretty/clean (they power washed the building and sidewalks too!). I was so excited with the results and I've put the before and after photos here so you can all see too! Not only did I notice new customers coming in, but I got a ton of wonderful comments from my regulars who were so used to my overgrown and dingy looking shop. He would come out and see all the things he felt needed to be done, but wouldn't want to just give a quote for the one or few things that I could afford or needed. And, then he decided that he no longer wanted to deal with the changes, so cancelled my service the Tamke.....of which there is no other arborist for the Flemington area. Terrible service! Always push to up-sell you!
