I originally called for a diagnostic, but they went ahead and did additional work without my permission or even informing me -- and now I'm stuck with an expensive bill I never agreed to. When I asked questions to understand what was happening, the technician kept brushing me off, saying "we just have to go," and wouldn't explain anything until I insisted, as a paying customer, that I deserve to know what's wrong with my unit before they leave. Even then, the explanation was vague and the attitude remained rude. When I brought up my concerns to the owner of the company, he was also very dismissive and showed no interest in resolving the issue. Instead of listening, he threatened to take us to court if we didn't pay the bill. And now, simply for asking questions and advocating for myself, I've been placed on a "do not service" list. This was an extremely unprofessional and upsetting experience from beginning to end. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

The technician, Logan seemed to be good until he waited until AFTER receiving my payment to tell me that THEY DO NOT REPLACE SHEETROCK‼‼‼ Had he led with that, I would've taken my business elsewhere. I then called the manager, Tim, and was told that they work with a company by the name of Renter Restoration and would have them come fix the sheet rock at no cost to me. That was on Sunday, June 14th. Since then, I have not received any calls from the company that is supposed to be replacing my sheet rock. I've also had the same conversation with Tim after calling a few times over the last few weeks. He gave me the same spill about Renter Restoration coming to correct the issue......... yet I still have not heard from anyone. They are ripping people off and times are hard. I HIGHLY suggest seeking business elsewhere.
