June the 8th we had a new system installed. A unit, thermostat, and ductwork, 10 days later it died. They wanted to order parts which would take a few days. We told them that this wasnt acceptable considering the price and age of the unit. They replaced the unit the next day after threading to go with another company. Today, 11 days later the second new unit died. Told us that it was going to be anywhere from 4pm to 8pm before they could get here. On a day where the heat index is forecasted to be 107. We dropped $19,000 on this unit and I dont think the crew has any idea how to install it properly. Stay far far away from these people if you value your money. read more

BEWARE‼‼‼ I used their services to fix a leaky water valve in my kitchen. First off, the price was RIDICULOUS‼‼ $750 for something that most definitely does not cost that much, but I needed it done asap so I accepted their services. The technician, Logan seemed to be good until he waited until AFTER receiving my payment to tell me that THEY DO NOT REPLACE SHEETROCK‼‼‼ Had he led with that, I would've taken my business elsewhere. I then called the manager, Tim, and was told that they work with a company by the name of Renter Restoration and would have them come fix the sheet rock at no cost to me. That was on Sunday, June 14th. Since then, I have not received any calls from the company that is supposed to be replacing my sheet rock. I've also had the same conversation with Tim after calling a few times over the last few weeks. He gave me the same spill about Renter Restoration coming to correct the issue......... yet I still have not heard from anyone. They are ripping people off and times are hard. I called out We Care AC, Septic, Plumbing & Electric on June 20, 2026, to diagnose a failed basement sump pump. After a quick diagnostic, I was handed Estimate #134883294 for a staggering $3,000.00 to simply "Swap out of 1/2 HP Wastewater Pump."When I questioned why the price was so high and asked for an itemized breakdown of parts versus labor, they refused to provide an itemized invoice. Instead, they attempted to justify the $3,000 charge by claiming it required "specialized skills and tools."This is completely false and misleading. A premium contractor-grade pump and the basic PVC layout parts retail for under $300-$400 total. I told them I would be getting another quote due to the price. My own tools were out of state, so I went to the local hardware store, spent about $10 on a basic hand pipe cutter tool alongside the replacement hardware, and completed the entire swap myself in under two hours. There are no "special tools" required for a standard drop-in pump swap. Their refusal to itemize their bills is a massive transparency red flag. He didn't wanna touch any of the plumbing because then we might accuse him of breaking it. So he wouldn't replace the flapper in the toilet. He wanted $450 to rebuild the inside of a toilet that we could buy at Lowe's installed for less than $200. He wanted $350 to tighten a faucet to the countertop. But he wasn't going to fix anything until we called and we got parts and we tracked down where to get things from. Like what the hell did we call you for. Then he wanted to charge us 80 bucks just for showing up to tell us he wouldn't do any work. They did back down on that. read more

In 2018 I hired We Care Heating & Air to replace my ductwork. The original ductwork in my home was all metal and working properly, except for a prior addition that wasn't heating/cooling correctly because it had been tied into a small line instead of the trunk. Rather than correcting that one issue, the company convinced me to replace my entire duct system. During the installation, their crew moved a water line but failed to glue it properly. Two days after completion, the joint came apart and flooded my crawl space. They returned, pumped the water out, and promised to install a dehumidifier, but never did. Instead, they left a poorly installed vapor barrier that was ineffective. Since then, every supply line they installed has leaked air into the crawl space. This leakage has created moisture, condensate, and mold growth that were never issues before their work. Because I underwent multiple spinal surgeries after the installation, I was unable to inspect the crawl space myself and relied on the company's assurances that I would "never have condensate in the crawl space again." Today, photographic evidence shows the opposite. When I later called to ask why the ducts were leaking, the technician told me the problem was "above his pay grade." Instead of addressing their mistakes, the company attempted to sell me an encapsulation. This job cost me thousands of dollars and was sold as a fully engineered duct system. 0 STARS IF I COULD!!! I own a home in Georgia and called we care to come and give me a quote on septic repairs. They advised they needed to pull a permit from the county for possible repairs and the quote would be free, but the permit was $350. I agreed and they charged me $350 on 3/25. I called to see what the status was after a week and they said they were just waiting on the county to respond. I waited... another week went by and I called for the manager. He returned my call and said they were still waiting for the county and they were being slow. I called the county and they said there had not been any permit requests for my address in over 10 years! I called we care again! The manager advised me that they had submitted it and he even had the receipt. I asked for it to be sent to me, he agreed. 4/8 I received the receipt for the permit request to the county and it was dated 4/7! They had been lying to me the whole time also on the receipt it showed it was $170, NOT $350! I got a call from the county as well and they said they received the request for the permit on 4/7 and it was for the wrong county! I asked the county to refund the money since it was the wrong county and had to call we care again to try to get a refund of the $350 they took and did nothing with! The manager there was lying to me the entire time. They lied about what it cost, lied about submitting for the permit and lied about the status! I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND using this company!!! You will get screwed over and lied to and overcharged! Now I wait to see if the refund was actually done! read more

Required a pumping of my septic tank and called WE CARE and almost immediately I received an appointment for the next day. Highly unusual for any returned call by a business in Warner Robins. Cory called me the next morning to tell me he was on the way. I was really impressed that I got this call - again unusual for Warner Robins. Cory showed up at the agreed upon time, introduced himself, and went straight to work. He was very careful in digging up only what was necessary to remove the cover. My tank was full and because of the unusually high amount of rainfall, the Leach field didn't drain the tank. When he was done he did a great job job filling in the hole and smoothed the dirt for the most aesthetic look possible. Cory was very professional and a very personable young man and he is a definite asset to WE CARE. Worth every dime. read more

This is a crooked company. Don't do business with this company. I bought an AC unit from them in 2019 and they never registered it and did not tell me I needed to register it. I had a fan motor go out on the outside unit and because the unit was never registered, I had to pay $635 out of pocket for the fan motor. The placard on the unit shows it being manufactured in 2019 and is supposed to have a 10-year warranty, but Trane would not honor the warranty due to the unit not being registered. The service manager (Randy Welborn) lied and told me the warranty issue had been resolved but when I called Trane I was told because of the registration not being completed I did not have a warranty. I would never buy a Trane Unit. This company is crooked too! read more

They came out to fix a leak we had, ended up repiping my whole house! They left more damage than they did working plumbing! My pool house still has no water but had water before they did the pipes, I have 15 unpatched holes in my walls and ceilings that were not there before they came and they tore up my laundry room light to where it can't be fixed! We just moved to Georgia this Summer and bought an older house that needed a lot of TLC. We Care has been the best. I have never had customer service like I have received with them. We have had to call them for A/C, Plumbing and septic. EVERY single person has been amazing I will start with Chris, Ryan and their team. They walked us through it all. They were not pushy but very honest on the issues. Tim was very thorough, even when I need quotes 100 different ways. Then he came and done the install and was amazing. He even had to come back on his day off to help us. I originally gave this company a 5-star review because I wanted to give them an opportunity beyond the first owners. I still do think Michael Lofton was a very good technician when he came out. But one of the field managers, David, came back out on a Saturday and said he would order a part that was faulty from the start on my unit - the temp control board had never worked. He also said my tstat wasn't functioning correctly, and he would bring one out. I was so happy he apologized and said my issues were from install. And get this, people. I never had a damper installed either. I have no reason to lie. That is not who I am. There are many more reviews other than mine that are negative. Anyways, my part should have arrived that Monday or Tuesday. If anyone called me, they did not leave a message. That is why I have voicemail because I work, so at this point, I'm saying they are full of crap like the previous owners. I'm moving forward with someone else, and I suggest you do the same. PSA...this company has changed hands and no longer "Cares"!!!! I called We Care and let me tell you all they are concerned with is selling you a new unit! The technician charged me for a service call, talked me into a service plan and told me to change my filter and prepare to buy a new unit. At the end of the month I got a $455 electric bill because the Tech left my fan in the On position. I know...my fault for not checking it. Then to my surprise, Flint paid me a visit because my usage was "excessive"! After testing my meter, she said she was 100% sure my heat strips were sticking So the a/c and heat were fighting each other! I called another company and guess what?! The relay or switch for the heat strips was stuck!!! Replaced the part and we are throwing out icicles this morning!!! DO NOT CALL WE CARE! They don't care!!!! read more

If I could give less I would, They DON'T care! They put in a system for my not too long ago and the system (still under warranty) faltered and caused water damage to my ceiling. When I called they sent somebody out who said he fixed it. The next day the system started leaking again and caused more damage. Finally it gets fixed the next day and I was told the guy before didn't do the job properly. When I tried calling to see about gettin the damage repaired done by the non functioning unit under warranty I got the run around for two weeks. I STILL haven't gotten a call back. A couple of years ago I had we care heating and air install a new a/c unit. Just recently the unit quit working and when the technician diagnosed the issue he stated that it had leaked all the freon out due to one of the copper lines resting on a copper water line and the vibration caused it to rub a hole allowing the freon to leak out. When I asked if it was covered he stated no even though it was a obvious installation error. He gave me a estimate for over $2,000.00 to repair the leak and recharge the unit. I called another company and had the repair done for almost $600.00 less. The technician that repaired the leak stated that if they had the insulation on the pipe farther back to where the line sat on the other pipe this would not have happened. read more

House replumb - The job took a few days instead of 2 days as quoted. Had no water over a weekend. When turned on upstairs shower the hot and cold lines were reversed and had to be crossed over. Tech was sent out usually alone and when he did have help it was the AC techs. Stainless straps were used to secure copper lines( found out after the fact that copper straps are supposed to be used).In one place hot and cold lines were strapped together against the wall. This had to be changed and even then they were so close together in places they had to be pushed apart to get insulation around them.Why have them touching in the first place?In general the tech didnt seem to have a lot of experience.It should be where a skilled tradesman comes out with an apprentice.Would like to have seen a full day put in.It seams that holes cut in sheetrock could have been smaller.To be fair I will say the tech was a nice fellow and did accomodate me on a few things.The price was not outrageous. read more

On September 02, 2020, I had an issue with my AC not pulling air into the house. I called We Care, and they arrived within 30 minutes, which was great. Now for the unfortunate part. They found the issue very quickly, it was a module on the fan motor in my attic. They weren't able to get the motor until 9/04/2020. That was fine, it wasn't their fault. So I checked into a hotel on 9/03/2020, due to the house being in the 80 degree margin at night. The Technician showed promptly with the new motor on 9/04/2020. He installed the motor (which was under warranty) and I am currently almost $300 into the job for labor. However, the Technician called me up to the attic to let me know that during the install of the motor, he broke a solder on the evaporator coil (another $1500 part) and because it was a very slow leak, they should be able to charge the system, and keep us comfortable until the new evaporator coil showed up on 09/09/2020, and they would not charge me for the service since it was their mistake or the fault of the manufacture. I was called on 09/10/2020 and informed that the part will need to come from Carrier, as the coil was not available. Once again, not their fault that Carrier was behind on having additional stock supplied. 2020 has been an extremely trying year for anyone who is in manufacturing. On 9/12/2020 I had to call again, as the temperature was 77 in the house and they had to get a Supervisors approval to service the unit. A technician did show up at 10:30 PM, which did show that they were trying to help. If they have technicians assisting customers at 10:30 on a Sunday night when it is a free call, then it did show me that they were sincerely concerned about my comfort. Update: On 9/18/2020, the Technician showed up with the new coil unit. After talking with the service manager who was extremely helpful and understanding of my situation, the coil was replaced and everything is wonderful in my house again. Mistakes happen and from what I have seen, We Care really does care and they will leave you with a smile. read more

If I could give them a negative 3 star review I would. Not only did we receive shoddy work, the estimate given to us was almost double of what was originally told to us. They claimed that we had a leak in our Freon line and it needed replacing. When we were emailed the outrageous quote, we noticed where they forged our signature on the quote saying that we agree to price. We called another company who tested the line and showed us there was absolutely no leaking. The problem was a fan. So We Care drained the Freon from the line when they "tested" it and wants $500 to replace the Freon they drained themselves! They're shifty, crooked and borderline criminal in my opinion. Buyer beware!! It should be 0 stars!!! This place came out for a service call, told us the fan motor was burnt out. Told my wife it would be $841.00 and the part would be in the next day, but needed the money up front. My wife called me and told me the situation, and even though I knew we were being overcharged I agreed because our air would be fixed the next day. I was okay with basically paying extra to expedite the repair. Next day, no part and we were then told the part would be here Friday or Monday. (The original day was supposed to be on a Wednesday) So now that we've been without air for 5 days we were told on Monday they didn't know when the part would be in. I told them we wanted our money back and would pay the $59.95 service call fee but no more. Then they tried to say we had to pay an extra $50.00 for refusing the work!? We didn't refuse anything!!! We made a decision based on what the "professionals" told us! We waited through Monday with no results based on being misled! That's called theft by deception and it is a crime!! So after all of this, we received a call stating that the part just magically appeared and is on a technician's truck. They must have a magic wand over there because it went from no part, no idea when it will be in, to we want our money back, to oh wait we have a part to fix it?! I've always used Pruett but I seen the pink ribbon trucks and that is something very near to my heart as I've lost a couple of loved ones because of Cancer. So I wanted to support their business for supporting that cause. I've been in the construction business for over 20 years and this is by far the biggest disappointment I've ever had to deal with. I'm still grateful they support the cause, but until they get their act together starting with just being honest up front (and not taking people's money upfront) so they can decide if they want to go another route!!
